Incredible customer service and I can, without a doubt, say that Chip and Joanna Gaines are being outdone! You can tell the quality is there. The customer service just adds the extra touch of being a staple of what I consider, a place to order amazing and delicious works of art from. It's located in a strip mall but you'll quickly get over it with the family vibes the shop brings. Overall thankful for this place; definitely know where I'm getting my goodies from now!

I recently visited this bakery and was immediately impressed by the visually stunning cupcakes. The presentation was top-notch, and the packaging was beautiful. Plus, they held up well during transportation. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I took a bite. The cupcakes were overwhelmingly sweet, to the point where I couldn't taste anything else. It was like eating pure sugar! I needed a gallon of water to quench my thirst after just one bite. While the presentation and packaging were lovely, the taste fell short. 3 stars from me ?

For $5 a cupcake, you would think it’d be a taste of heaven. They have the worst carrot cupcake I have ever had in my life. It tasted like an over-processed, mass produced, store-bought, pile of sugar. It was so bad that I had to throw it away. How disappointing!!! The cupcake was extremely dry, had a weird texture and taste, and the frosting was pasty and not very good.

Small little shop from the outside but tons of goodies inside! We tried 5 different cupcakes and they were about $5 each. The chocolate chip cookie dough was my favorite! Tasted just like it! Everything was very fresh and delicious though they do pile on the frosting. I would def come back to try other flavors. And they have cheesecakes now too!!!

I am always looking forward to trying gluten free baked goods, so I was so excited to try them from Gigi’s. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. In fact, my sister; who is not gluten free, tried the regular cupcakes, and her sentiments match mine. The cake nor the frosting seemed to be of the best quality. The frosting was pasty and had a tangy aftertaste that was not very appealing. It lacked the buttercream frosting taste and texture you typically look for when eating a cupcake or slice of cake. The cake for the gluten free cupcakes were also pasty, lacked sweetness and just was not good. My sister described her cupcakes similar to how I described mine. She even questioned rather or not her cupcakes were actually indeed different from mine. We were not happy with the quality of the cupcakes. This review is not to deter anyone from going to Gigi’s, but for Gigi’s to instead take this into consideration so that they become better. I hope this review really does help in that way.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options!

The cupcakes were super moist and delicious! The icing was also the perfect in between of sweet but not too sweet! Honestly some of the best cupcakes I’ve had in a very long time! Highly recommend! I got the blueberry, biscoff, birthday and red velvet and no one had any complaints!
I ordered a dozen cupcakes from Gigi's and had them delivered via Uber Eats for an impromptu birthday get together. I know partnering with Uber isn't always the best for a small businesses but I really appreciate that it was an option because the alternative would have been to pick up something up from a grocery store.We received a mixture of cupcakes (standard and seasonal flavors). Our group cut them up so we could do a tasting party vs everyone only getting to try one flavor. Every cupcake received rave reviews from our group, some were absolutely inhaled (blueberry cheesecake, apple crumble, strawberry, pumpkin latte). Flavors were spot on, cupcake size was generous, and the cake was super moist and everything was as fresh as if they had just made it. I'm already trying to figure out when the next time I'll need cupcakes is so I can get my hands on more. 10/10.

My wife and I visited from out of town and picked up four cupcakes to take home. This picture is from our first one which had a long hair in the icing. We are hesitant to eat the other three and are questioning the cleanliness of their location. It is obvious hairnets are not used.
