Bummed that it isn’t endless sushi anymore. However we gave it a good shot. Asked for any of the 3 Japanese beers on the menu and was told they were out. Then 5 minutes later a waitress came out to another table with a Japanese beer so that was very frustrating and disappointing that our waiter didn’t even try to look when we asked. New Hawaiian roll felt very bland which is kinda unusual for a Hawaiian roll. Rocky Mountain roll was “ok” according to my husband, volcano roll was lacking toppings per a usual volcano roll but still tasted good, and the monster roll was good as well. End pieces of rolls with tempura shrimp was just the tails inside of the roll so. Well it was inedible with the shrimp shell. We used to love coming here and I hate leaving a bad review but it is what it is. Soup was great though. Had clear soup
This restaurant was previously named Ginza, which was a favorite of ours since it was a known as an all you can eat sushi restaurant. To our surprise- under the new ownership- there isn’t an all you can eat option. However, the prices are reasonable and the sushi was super tasty!

I tried Sushi Time after a friend’s recommendation, and it honestly lived up to the hype. The sushi was very fresh, especially the tuna and salmon rolls. I highly recommend the volcano and monster roll as the flavors were well balanced.
The vibe was cozy and laid-back, and the staff were really friendly.
If you’re looking for quality sushi without the fuss, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Ordered doordash-the dragon and Phoenix, highly recommend! We got very spicy with fried rice. The ginger salads were still cold when they got here and very crunchy. The Japanese soda (ramuné original)was good, but not something in my flavor wheelhouse. Marble soda is cool

No more all you can eat anymore since they changed the name. Had no clue until I sat down to eat. Won’t be coming back.
Saw that they were having their grand opening and stopped by. There was great quality sushi and dishes for a fair price. The fish was super fresh! Definitely would recommend. Service was friendly and inviting too, and the atmosphere was fun and colorful. Good vibes overall

My girlfriend and I just ate here and the food was delicious! They had large portions for a great price! Staff was professional, we both ordered extra food (not neeeded) and still spent under $50.00 before tip. We will definitely be back!

We recently went to this newly opened sushi restaurant to celebrate our friend’s birthday. It was a wonderful experience. We were impressed and pleasantly surprised. It is easily one of the best sushi restaurants serving the best sushi, tempura and other Japanese cuisines around New Tampa and Wesley Chapel, in our opinion.
It was opened just a month ago. The restaurant décor and atmosphere are fresh, clean, cozy and inviting. The staff are very friendly, attentive and very considerate.
The food came out pretty quickly. Each plate of dish was prepared with fresh ingredients, presented beautifully and professionally, and tasty of course.
Its convenient location is another plus. It is just off the BBD Blvd and County Line Road and a short distance to both New Tampa and Wesley Chapel.
We are lucky that we have this new sushi addition and option in our growing communities here. And we are looking forward to many visits to Sushi Time down the road.

ginza. call me , i miss you 😢
It was my family's favorite restaurant for over two years, but with the new management, everything changed: The food isn't good, and the wait time is very long. The service is still excellent, but the menu isn't the same as the dish they bring you. It's a shame.
