The food was really good but for a quick late lunch break it took way too long. Nobody was in there and yet I took over an hour to get food eat and wait for the check in what should have been a 30 minute break.

Wasn’t worth the $$$ for food. I ordered a sirloin steak and my husband ordered wings with fries. My steak was overcooked (I asked for medium and there wasn’t any pink) and my husband nor I ate our food. He only enjoyed his fries. My Long Island and my husbands beer were really the only things worth paying for. Environment was friendly and quiet. It’s a shame the food sucked so much!

I would like to commend this establishment for their excellent customer service, which is consistently reflected in my high ratings. During my recent visit, there was a minor issue with the presentation of my food which required me to return it. However, I was pleased with how my server, Angelica and the manager promptly addressed the situation by providing me with another order. Despite being a frequent patron who has visited other locations, I must say that the customer service at this particular location on Bruce B Downs in New Tampa is exemplary.

Over an hour for insanely subpar food and service on a not very busy afternoon . The only reason we didn’t send anything back was the sheer will to get out of there as quickly as possible. Apparently there was a “computer issue” causing kitchen delays, but given the lack of attentiveness, I’m thinking the issue was more so a memory-based one. And if a computer issue had caused such a delay, it would have been a nice gesture for the manager to come notify customers. But I guess all businesses have their own way have handling things.Also, save your trip to the disgusting bathroom for an absolute emergency. It may save your appetite.

i usually love this place, but ordered cheese fries and made a note “extra cheese” . if anything i got normal fries with a side of cheese. Paid $10 for this? sheesh could of made these at home and she said when i got them they just came up.. thank goodness i got the mac & cheese bites (btw very very salty) honestly disappointing . also never got ranch with these either

We were there for dinner and were very pleasantly surprised. The food we ordered was great. You could taste that the ingredients were high quality and fresh. The service was quick and very professional and the price was absolutely reasonable. If we didn't live in Europe but in Tampa Bay, we would like to stop by Glory Days Grill more often. Unfortunately our next visit won't be until November...;-)

Bad experience. We waited an hour for our food, the waiter never came to us during our dinner to refill or ask if we were ok. The wings i got were cold and toasted hard and I wasn’t able to eat it. I had to go to the bar so I could get my check. Overall bad service and waste of time because i ended up eating somewhere else.
