I walked into golden crust at 2 o'clock 2:30 in the afternoon and I asked the lady there if there was any beef Patty. She explained to me that there is no more beef. Patties. And that there will be no more for the rest of the dayI then asked her why. Wouldn't it be no more beef patties for the rest of the day? And it's only 2:30 in the afternoon. And you guys closed at 8Pm also explained to her that I drove 9 and a 1/2 miles to get here so can we find out? Is there any more? She decided to ignore me. Move on to the next customer and tell me she doesn't know. If they have a facebook or Instagram page she ignored. And the lady in the back hurd me. Then came out and talked to me as she stocked the fridge and Then explain to me that she has some in the oven. And they'll be out in about 10 to 15 minutes. I then asked her, why did the other lady? Tell me that there was no more. And it was about to send me back home without food. As lady sucked her teeth and ignored meHorrible customer services

As a Jamaican, this Golden Krust location is pitiful. Twice now, I have tried to order a few patties for delivery, and my orders have been cancelled due to them not having any in stock. I placed an order today at 2:30pm, and it was cancelled. I called and they said they were out of beef and chicken patties and would not be making anymore. This location closes at 8pm, why aren't you making more patties? The name is called Golden Krust not no Krust. I'm surprised this franchise is still open considering they never seem to have anything in stock.

The food, staff, and service are good but the portions (large) get smaller each time. If I'm paying over $20 for a large oxtail I should get more than 6 bones.

The food has gotten much better with the new chef he is not salt happy like the previous chef.
$48 for a small container of oxtails. Are they insane?! And the now $1.25 a beef patty on Mondays apparently ends at 3pm but the sign doesn’t say anything about it. They said every location has their own rules.Also customer service lady is extremely rude and seems like she doesn’t want to be there at all. When I arrived I heard her arguing with a customer.I love Jamaican food but I will not come back to this location.
Went to the Tampa Hillsborough location for jerk chicken, it seems I received bbq spicy chicken instead.
