man if youre looking for a new tea spot, this is genuinely it. authentic drinks made with love from a small family, and our guy is always there and hooking us up and always happy and thankful. oolong tea, thai tea, matcha slushy - these are the bangers!

My New favorite Boba spot! I love that they offer adding zero sugar and almond mild since I’m lactose intolerant and diabetic. I can’t have milkshakes since nobody offers dairy free sugar free options that i know so this is my next best option! Great tasting bubble teas at reasonable prices!

Went for the FFXIV collaboration drinks. They were packed and drinks took a bit to come due to them having so many orders but the staff was working hard to get them done. Drinks were so good.

Plenty of options to choose from, which can be a bit confusing. Nevertheless, the variety is without question. I ordered the taro with boba (black pearl) no sugar and without ice (00.75 additional charge) and it was tasty but could have been chilled more thoroughly. I also found the boba to not be that tasty, lacked firmness and smaller in size than I'm accustomed to (personal preference). Overall, still good and I'd go back.

I had a large taro slush with boba and milk foam. There was a chemical taste to the taro flavor. The boba was soft and chewy but tasteless. I like my boba a little sweet. The drink was expensive- >$10 including a $1 tip
