Everything in this place is fresh. I'm not talking about fresh purchased. I'm talking about freshly made. I'm gonzo for Gonzo's. First time I was over there today, I tried the pork drizzle. It's their version of a Cuban. I tried this based on the suggestion of the gentleman working at the front. I'm glad I did. This was the best Cuban I've ever had in my life. These guys are pros. I'm so mad at myself for not trying this place sooner. Way to go gonzos, you guys rock!!!

Good food, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Easy access, just north of I-275 on Himes avenue. But don't blink or you'll miss it.

Had a great experience here today for lunch. Owner walked me through the menu. Had the West Tampa sandwich. Pickles were sweet. Sandwich was a majority of pork, which is different than most places that normally have majority ham since it's cheaper. Tasted so good. Will def go back.

Gonzo’s was amazing, today I got the meatloaf, and I don’t typically like meatloaf but this was one of if not the best I’ve ever had. And it’s always great to support local businesses especially when they’re this high of quality.
This place is Absolutely amazing. They are friendly and always pleasant when I walk in the door. I've eaten half the menu, all have some to go. I haven't had a bad sandwich, I will return . This is a must visit place.
