I LOVE this place!!!!!! Is the best! And christa the manager is so nice and kind! So understandable of my needs and on top of everything! Everybody that works here is really nice , customer service and food quality is their priority for sure! Im so happy with this place i come like 3 tines a week for my acai bowl! Recommend it 100%!!!!

Every time I come in and the assistant manager Christa is incredible she takes such great care of us. She’s very polite and patient. Thank you for all that you do!

I used to love this place for acai but now it’s probably last on my list. The acai is always watery everytime i come it used to be nice thick icy texture. I asked for extra nutella & got charged for it, when i got my bowl it was a normal serving size of nutella so i asked for extra once again and they charged me for a second time for the extra nutella that i had already paid for and didn’t get. Would not recommend, Playa bowls wins!

The food is amazinggggg. This is my 2nd time coming here and I give it 10/10 stars. The customer service is beyond amazing and they’re very helpful if you’re unsure of what to choose. This is definitely my new go to spot. I had the plant based chicken pesto with strawberry field. I haven’t been disappointed yet. They have the best juices/smoothies . Extremely healthy and not too sweet or overbearing with lots of sugar. I love this place ? ?

I always enjoy visiting Grain and Berry. The customer service is consistently exceptional, with employees who greet you warmly and maintain and positive, welcoming attitude. Their acai bowls are truly unmatched-the freshness of the fruit and the excellent preparation make each bowl an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is equally inviting, offering a calm and relaxing space where I can comfortably study or catch up with a friend. In short, I highly recommend Grain and Berry for both its outstanding food and lovely ambiance.

I was craving a good acai bowl (grain and berry was the only close place open) so I decided to order from here. I ordered a build your own bowl with spiralina base and mango, kiwi and strawberry as the topping. When I received it, it was acai base with strawberry and bananas on top only. Also to mention, the acai base was like frozen solid. It was gross. I threw it away.

Love coming here for a light meal. The acai bowls are so good. Love the use of fresh fruits. I really like that they will split one bowl into 2 bowls. I can't usually eat a whole bowl in one sitting, so it makes it better that I can store a second one for later.
The reason I gave 3 stars is because of how they were cleaning the dining area. We always order to go, but if we were going to eat inside, I would have changed my mind. They were sweeping the floors and cleaning the tables, but then the guy that was cleaning up used the broom that he was sweeping the floors with and started sweeping the tables off.
