I had the pleasure today of performing maintenance work on the equipment today and this was hands down the best experience I had as a service technician Cody the manger was so very pleasant and her staff as well the atmosphere in side was very positive and up beat. I 100% will be back to enjoy the food and relaxing vibe.

First time here and Wow amazing, The food was great, and I have dietary restrictions, and this place meet all my needs. I have been back two more times to try new items.

First time eating at Grain & Berry. Food was good, but after we sat down to eat I realized I would’ve liked a little more almond butter for the bowl I got. When I asked for it, I was told that would be an up charge. Having just paid $14+ for my bowl, I think they could have extended me the courtesy of a little extra of the topping that was already paid for in my order. I didn’t ask for something new, I didn’t ask for something different, just a little extra.. So the response was disappointing for my first time trying this place. A little accommodation would go a long way.

I LOVE this place!!!!!! Is the best! And christa the manager is so nice and kind! So understandable of my needs and on top of everything! Everybody that works here is really nice , customer service and food quality is their priority for sure! Im so happy with this place i come like 3 tines a week for my acai bowl! Recommend it 100%!!!!

Every time I come in and the assistant manager Christa is incredible she takes such great care of us. She’s very polite and patient. Thank you for all that you do!
