Used to be good,but... service pretty lackluster.. the ladies were to busy on their phones. The product pretty bad.. the Acai (prenade and FROZEN SOLID).. will not be going there again

Grain and Berry was incredibly generous in donating a large amount of food to government employees during the 2025 government shutdown. The bowls were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Everyone loved them! Their kindness and support were a huge morale booster for us. I’ll definitely be visiting their store soon to show my appreciation. Thank you so much for your amazing generosity and delicious food!

Had the turn the beat around juice and it was amazing. Likely the only reason I could give it a 4. Super refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The acai bowl was meh. Nothing too special and honestly, could really finish it.

ordered online all i ordered was 2 aci bowls and a chicken wrap i’ll i received was the aci bowls no chicken wrap the lady said she noticed that, when i called her about it missing, then why didn’t you do anything about it and make sure it was in my bag.

I love grain n berry , most times I’m pleased after purchasing. Today I got a healthy Elvis and I always ask for it extra blended (the small chunks of banana bothers me sometimes) and this location normally does a great job , but today the smoothie was so PERFECT , I had to leave a comment to say THANK YOU, it’s extra blended AND thick(but not too thick) & not icy or lacking in flavor, literally perfect. THX <3:D … just got it and I’m sipping it down fast !😂

They forgot one of my ingredients but overall I enjoy their acai bowls.

I would not recommend Grain & Berry for large orders. I placed a $212 order for 13 bowls and only received 10. Mistakes happen, but the real issue was how it was handled. When I called to either pick up the missing bowls or receive a refund, the assistant manager was extremely rude, insisted he had made them himself, and then hung up on me.

As shown in the attached receipt, I ordered 3 Good Karma Bowls. None of the bags were labeled with a Good Karma Bowl, and we never received them.

I’ve enjoyed Grain & Berry in the past, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service here was very disappointing.

Way too much Nutella, I’ve been to many Grain N Berry’s in Tampa. I’ve never seen anyone drown the Parfait with so much Nutella. Train your staff.

I ordered through DoorDash and was pretty excited to try this spot. After not eating all day I decided to get an Acai bowl & the Avocado Egg Mozzarella bowl.

Unfortunately, both were really subpar. The Acai bowl lacked any character other than tasting how sweet the actual Acai base was & the Avocado Egg bowl felt like it was designed and prepared by a school
Cafeteria. Guacamole scooped out of a pre-made container (not fresh) and hard boiled eggs diced up.

It feels like a lower quality ingredient food spot trying to portray itself as a “handcrafted health conscious” brand with the best ingredients. The product isn’t matching the marketing.

The slowest grain & berry I know! There’s no sense of urgency, always appear slow when the time I get there, it’s takes 25 to 30 minutes.

Reason I am leaving a 2 star is that my food took over 20 min to make. I had to remind the worker what I ordered. The food and shake here is always good. I just didn’t appreciate waiting that long. I ordered a Cesar wrap.
