I ordered the organic Acai Bowl. The fruit, honey, coconut flakes and hemp seeds unfortunately were not organic, so I was informed. I made the compromise and tried the Acai Bowl for the first time. I ordered it to eat in the dining area and I was told that it would be ready soon. I waited to see my order up on the pick up area. I didn't hear my name called and after waiting ten minutes I approached the counter and I was told that my order was in the brown bag that I had seen for a bit. It was packaged to go so I returned to my table now I began eating my good tasting Acai Bowl. It was good tasting although I was aware that it wasn't as safe to eat as an all organic smoothie bowl is. Then over the music system a Grain and Berry advertisement for the Acai Bowl that I had chosen. As I carefully listened to the commercial it certainly led me to believe that it was organic and healthy without any further distinctions. It's so hard to really eat healthy safe food. It's hard but every now and again I manage to find all organic goodness being served behind all the smoke and mirrors. At least Grain and Berry notices the power of USDA Organic ingredients even if it's only 1 ingredient.

Pick up 2 “SMOOTHIES “ I put it in capital letters because it was supposed to be smoothie but the texture was juicy. First time here and last time. Also smoothies are too small for the price and flavor is just a basic flavor. I will say that I do better smoothies than this place.

The juice shot machine was not working. This is the prime time it needs to be working with the change of season. Website needs to be updated when products are unavailable. Idrove more than 1 hour to find out the hard way. I would not return.

First time I came, the service was not very pleasant in the sense that the mood was not there, because when I arrived almost all the tables were dirty, it seemed a little unpleasant for a nice place and the food was excellent, so I was fascinated and feel For the price, the portion of the products is good and the fruits are fresh, so I give it 10/10
Vegetarian options: I see that the menu has several vegetarian dishes such as toast with avocado and other healthy products
Dietary restrictions: All well done
Kid-friendliness: I think it is a good place to share with our children because it is a healthy place and they do not contain sugar.

I recently visited this location and had a pretty disappointing experience. The service was decent, but there were a few major issues. First, about half of the order menu screens weren’t working properly or were upside down, which made it difficult to navigate. On top of that, there was a noticeable, unpleasant smell in the store, and the trash cans were overflowing, which didn’t exactly make for a comfortable atmosphere.
We waited around 20 minutes for two smoothies, even though the store was completely empty. Despite still having online orders to fulfill, the wait time seemed excessive for something as simple as a smoothie. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping for a quick and pleasant visit, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

This grain and berry is a highly disgusting place, I walked in there to find so many roaches crawling, there was a dead cockroach near the register. I am trying to be respectful but it’s unacceptable and clear how dirty it is. I only seen on lady working the others were standing and kept staring at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I ordered my bowl one of the lady who was staring at me started to make my bowl and there was roach crawling in the peanuts and she seen that and put those peanuts in my bowl, out of respect I didn’t say anything and threw the bowl away after I left. I will not be returning to this location sad to say.

I used to love this place so much, the bowls were always fresh, flavorful, and packed with a good amount of granola and fruit. However, ever since they changed owner, the quality has really gone downhill. The bowls now have barely any granola or fruit, and they just all messed up. The acai base is watery and looks really gross, which is disappointing compared to how good it used to be. Overall, it's not the same experience, and the quality has really taken a hit.

We ordered two grain & berry Bowls online & they arrived with very little fruit, large amount of açaí & no granola. Tried to call & the phone automatically goes to voicemail and you’re not able to leave a message, no one answered the phone, My whole family has been ordering these bowls for years and has never received such bad service, uploaded the photos online and said not eligible for refund, I didn’t want a refund just better bowls

So I invited My Sister to come with me to take her to get her smoothie drink, and this time they experience was kind of horrible. We asked for a jammin or either of the dragon one either or it’s supposed to be this pink color and they still end up giving us the purple heart. Now the women that was in there they were OK, but it came off kind of rude. I pacifically like the guy that works there. He was so nice. He was so sweet. He wasn’t there this time, but that be the only time I come there. The manager came from the back she act like she want to be a little hostile but she’s a kid to me so I didn’t really you know wanna go back-and-forth with her? I just felt like she didn’t have to be that rude, of course I love the place. I like the food but those women in there they really need to change their attitudes….
