I’m a regular at Grain & Berry by USF and go in about twice a week. Elizabeth and Nelda always do an amazing job. They greet me with a smile every time and already have my order memorized when I walk in. The service is always fast, friendly, and consistent. It’s one of the few places where everything feels simple and enjoyable every visit

The açaí bowls were good and the customer service was amazing had A great conversation with a young lady named Elizabeth, who works morning shift she was very communicative, and kind to help me out and tell me about all their bowls and just getting the right bowl for me, appreciate her hard work, we need more people like her who have patience with the customers.

Our experience was absolutely awful. I got my food in about ten minutes which was fine, but we had to wait over 45 minutes for my friend to get her food. When we walked up to ask how far along the order was, the workers looked at us standing there but no one came up to us to see what was wrong. Other that got here after us got their order before us. Very disappointed with the place. Their solution to waiting so long was to take the food to go. Highly don’t recommend.

This place used to be our favorite family spot ! It was always clean and the staff was friendly. After the Indian manager left, the quality has gone downhill. Today I killed a roach on the wall of the cashier. There was no clean table and they were mainly empty. We were told there's no acai base and we then saw multiple orders made with acai base. My husband asked why we were told that and the food line lady said the acai base was for the online orders. We order one bowl with yogurt base and the other with spirulina and the yogurt was room temp. We also ordered a pesto flatbread and it was served in the same place the bowls go on, so of course the slices were smashed/stacked. We paid $40 and we're so unsatisfied. At least the portion size is adequate. Not sure we will go back to this location honestly. Also because the sun comes in so hot and the AC is not enough for that setting sun.
Purple hair basically made my mom who's allergic to feta cheese sick because she didn't remake my mom's Guacamole toast,she just scraped off the food w a knife&gave it back. She wanted all the veggies as she's diabetic and needs all the nutrients she is allowed to eat. My Caesar salad wrap was the last item out and it took half an hour to get my entire family their food. Purple hair could have asked Blondie what our order was and didn't. The man tried to give me my wrap when they incorrectly added the croutons I said I didn't want 2x. I made them remake it properly. Our smoothie was very thin. This was my family's first time and only my third time to this location. Very disappointed at the service and the fact that there was no coffee. Not worth the price point we paid for our meal.

Im not sure what's up with this location but you can't order online for pickup anymore. So today, I had an order delivered through GrubHub today (#47733087-1226092) and it was missing the granola. It also arrived late (which I understand they have no control over). When I tried to call the restaurant, there's no answer or voicemail. I order from here often but it's disappointing that when using the delivery service, I'm paying more for the product, only to find it's incorrect upon opening.

Wow, what a nice surprise! Very conveniently located near the USF campus. The Acai bowls are no joke! Delicious with fresh ingredients/fruit. The toast was 2 pieces (can mix and match) and were a bit small for $11, but again, interesting toppings combinations and fresh! Will definitely visit again!
