This location recently ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items via Instacart. Half were heavy items in cases & in total, took an hour from start to finish. Im sure most people would expect more after having to load & carry CASES of fruit while pushing MULTIPLE carts, having to weigh out almost 100lbs of bananas at the grocery store and then deliver to Grain & Berry. For the amount of work this took and because I value my time, a decent tip was expected. Each package of fruit was closely inspected to ensure freshness. The poor people at the store (Aldi’s) had to restock cases upon cases after this purchase & after hundreds of dollars spent for a delivery….only a $5 tip???? Is this even for real? What terrible business! You never know what situation a person is in and it costs nothing to be a good person. Not to mention, using low quality fruit then inflating the prices of items they sell to patrons. Grain & Berry has now been blocked and no future orders will come through as I’m sure previous shoppers have done the same. If you can’t tip accordingly, shop for yourself. I’ll never visit this establishment again due to this.

We experienced these employees were just japping away, laughing and not paying paying attention to the customers. They were not professional to the customers. A few customers asked for creamer or another type, and the employees answered sarcastically and unprofessional response and laughing which got the customer upset because of their lack of attention to the need of the customer. They were rude and it's ashamed that such a fine establishment has unprofessional employees lacking quality customer service. Horrible

This was the worst Grain and Berry I've ever been too. I get bowls from the Carrollwood store all of the time and have never had a bad experience. The store also smelled strong from cleaning fluids.
