I've eaten at this restaurant for over 15 years. I think the food is good. However, I've noticed a change in the customer service lately. The woman taking my order on the phone was rude and seemed confused about their own menu. It took her 8 minutes to take my order. I almost just hung up and ordered from another restaurant. I usually go pick up but tonight I had it delivered. I live less than half a mile from the restaurant and was charged 8.56 for a delivery fee. That's...
Need to cook rice longer so its a bit softer. Understand English better. When i ask for light sauce I don't mean white sauce! Other than that its not bad. I wish hot oil sauce was hotter but 99% of Chinese places hot oil sauce is not hot
I've been coming here for awhile but I'm starting to notice a difference. Ordered house special lo mein and boy did they skimp on the meat, their almost wasn't any meat, more noodles than anything and the sauce was thin. Same thing with my wife's order of beef lo mein. Terrible! Rest of the order was OK and everything was hot.
