I've eaten at this restaurant for over 15 years. I think the food is good. However, I've noticed a change in the customer service lately. The woman taking my order on the phone was rude and seemed confused about their own menu. It took her 8 minutes to take my order. I almost just hung up and ordered from another restaurant. I usually go pick up but tonight I had it delivered. I live less than half a mile from the restaurant and was charged 8.56 for a delivery fee. That's...
Need to cook rice longer so its a bit softer. Understand English better. When i ask for light sauce I don't mean white sauce! Other than that its not bad. I wish hot oil sauce was hotter but 99% of Chinese places hot oil sauce is not hot
