Melissa our server did an excellent job. Our pitchers of Sangria were very good. We all enjoyed our entrees and the street corn with chips.
The service was unacceptable and very slow. We asked for water three times and never got it. We asked for guacamole dip with our chips and salsa and never got the guacamole after asking twice. Then when we looked at the bill, we were charged two dollars for each little tiny side of sour cream and two dollars for a little side of cheese that was each and a little cup.. With that being said, the food that we did actually get was very good. We have been there for lunch and never had a problem, but we will probably never go there for dinner again.
Service, food, and music were great. The choriqueso is always tasty as an appetizer. We ordered the regular tacos and tacos del alambre. Both dishes were served with rice and beans. Our dishes were yummy. Juan was our server. He did a great job. I'd also recommend trying the Jamaica (refreshing water drink).
When I say this place is not good, I mean it does not have good food. I ordered the jalapeno rellenos appetizer it looked awesome. Trying to get into them I realized that the jalapenos had not been parboiled or blanched before being assembled and fried. I couldn't even bite through them let alone cut through them with a knife. And I don't know what cheese they put inside of them but I just couldn't eat them.
I ordered the Birria tacos because they had been recommended. I took the first bite and all of the meat came out in one bite because it wasn't cut up and it wasn't shredded properly. I ended up disassembling them and tearing them apart so that I could eat them. They were okay. To me it's like they've taken a bad food truck and tried to put it inside a restaurant. Nothing had any taste, no seasoning whatsoever. When I go to a cantina I know what to expect, and that's tex-mex. And that's not what this is.

A quick lunch with the wife on an errands day. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed in the food. It was my first visit. While the food was good, it was the flavors and lack of substance that did not impress.
I am due to visit again in a couple days to meet a friend so I will stop here and give a more detailed review later on and add the pics.

The sever was dishonest and disrespectful. She defied my wishes to bring me my check. She brought items to the table that I as the bill payer told her I didn’t want. Worst experience ever. I will never go to this restaurant again. I fully intend to reach out to corporate. This female waitress works at the restaurant on Sheldon Road. I do NOT recommend you go to this restaurant.
The food prices were very expensive and not reflective of the quality of the food.. We asked for a garnish of cilantro and they charged us $1. They try to nickel and dime you every way they can. The customer service needs improvement. Our waitress was not attentive and the restaurant was not busy. Almost felt as though we were a bother.

Laura was excellent and made our visit wonderful. Street corn(not on the cob), table side guac, and salsa were at the top of our list! Will be back.

Galentine's night was a vibe at the Grand Hacienda with the best food, music and service.
This is a nice Mexican restaurant..there is indoor and outdoor seating. The service was excellent and the food was good . The salsa is delicious.
Vegetarian options: The fried ice cream was excellent. The chips and salsa are great, especially the salsa! We also had taco salad and tamales. Both were good and I recommend the taco salad. My husband thought the tamales were okay but he had had better.
Parking: Parking is available in the back . You may not find any available in the front.
Kid-friendliness: I would call this a kid friendly place.

They have good green sauce. The menu is a bit overpriced in my opinion. But decent Mexican food.

Some of the best Mexican food in the area. Food was high quality as was the service. I had the flautas and wife had the quesadilla. Both were a lot of food! We will eat there again soon.
