Grabbed lunch on our way to the airport to head back to Boston and was not disappointed! My daughter ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch bowl. Both were delicious. Comfortable atmosphere, clean tables and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

The oil that the chicken was fried in was definitely old or burnt because all of the chicken had a burnt flavor. I wouldn’t eat here again. I spent $60 for burnt flavored chicken with no seasoning. Couldn’t finish it.

Mediocre eats at best. I was chatting it up with owner’s friend who mentioned the owner as owner walked by, but the owner did not give me any courtesy (even as a customer) - so why would I bother recommending them in return? So if you want “run of the mill” service, waste your hard-earned money here - or save it and go elsewhere.
Update: owner found my cell number and dished his anger at me. Perhaps some may view this as “passionate”, but there is no customer service indication here at this place, so I won’t be back again. Owner, please don’t call or text me again. Thank you.
I took my granddaughter to Graze before taking the Pirate boat. The only thing she liked on the menu was the waffle. So I ordered her a waffle. I was told they were out of waffles. Seriously??? You don’t have flour water eggs and oil?? Unbelievable. Clearly we will never be back.

The google pictures were deceptive.... looked like a regular diner, then went into the place look good like a diner. Saw the menu saw it was a vegan place, (which i don't like) not from around Tampa so was kinda commited there. The food was not good. The Service was good. Quick and the staff are nice. Not my type of place wish I knew that before i went.

Had the BYO bowl. Really delicious and great value for $ IMO. Would def eat this again and recommend it. My only complaint would be they won’t give you a cup of water instead want to charge you $3 for a bottle.
This is my go to place for a quick bite on a Sunday night. Kara and Val have always taken great care of me while sitting at the bar. They have been friendly, helpful, and are great to talk to. The food itself is amazing for the price and it is hard to pick a favorite item on their menu between the turkey burger and the chicken bacon ranch bowl. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting armature works!

I eat at Graze about once a month as Armature is a favorite of ours before Straz shows. I will not be back. I ordered the spicy sandwich without slaw. I literally read it out loud as I was looking at the menu while ordering. When I received my sandwich, it contained slaw. If I had been able to remove the slaw myself I would have but it would not have been easy to do so I went up to the counter where I asked if I could just get a new bun as I asked for the sandwich without slaw. The person who took my order informed me I would not be able to get a replacement bun without purchasing it because I didn’t ask for it without slaw. I reiterated that I had asked for it without slaw and they doubled down I had not. My husband was near me when I ordered and he remembers me saying it, I remember saying it, but they refused and said this was my mistake and they were not going to take the blame because the restaurant penalizes them for inputting remakes. I was at a loss and told them that for $20 for a sandwich and tea, replacing a bun seems like an easy win so I can eat it. They eventually said they would make the new bun “this one time.” The service was disarmingly bad. I was truly stunned. Please train your people with basic hospitality skills and treat your customers with some level of respect. The young person serving us should not be in customer service, truly a terrible experience.

Kera and Val did a great job with answering questions about the menu, and were very helpful and friendly. Val was very accommodating when they were out of iced tea, and later brought me a cup of iced tea free of charge for waiting. Definitely worth stopping by any time of the day.
