As a recurring patron, I am excited to endorse this fabulous venue again! Jaela and Jordyn are beyond warm, welcoming and hospitable. Maddy greeted me with the friendliest smile of familiarity. James is always beaming bright with personality. Whether for business or pleasure, there is no measure for how inviting, amiable and accommodating the staff is, on a consistent basis. The atmosphere and ambiance are hip and vibrant yet cozy and relaxing. I especially enjoy the chic style and decor; and delectable and versatile menu options. I highly recommend the fresh baked cookies...more smores please! Both locations are central, accessible and convenient. I also immensely appreciate their support of other local, small businesses, as I noticed Ginger Beard's brew presence. I will most certainly be returning with a hungry tummy churning!

My husband, son and I come sit at the counter almost every weekend. Helen and all the staff do a great job of taking care of us. Everyone is personable and friendly, and they do an excellent job of anticipating our needs. The food is always great and keeps us coming back to the next brunch.

On my recent visit to Graze 1910, I ordered the “Everything Lox Sunny Side Up.” Unfortunately, the eggs were served completely raw. I immediately went to the counter to inform the staff. The manager Helen F. acknowledged the issue and said she would issue a refund. However, she refused to document that the eggs had been undercooked, despite admitting to the cooks that “eggs are coming out raw.”

I requested written documentation of the issue, which she declined to provide. When I asked to speak with the general manager, she stated she would text him. I asked that he text me directly, at which point she told me to leave the premises.

This exchange was both embarrassing and insulting, especially as security then approached me outside the establishment. The manager’s conduct was unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. It appears she has difficulty managing situations calmly and may prioritize creating drama over resolving legitimate customer concerns.

This experience not only left me humiliated but also raised serious concerns about food safety and customer service at this location. I request that this matter be investigated promptly and that appropriate corrective action be taken.

I am obsessed with their Buffalo Kale Caesar. The food and service is always on point! Graze is truly one of my favorite places to eat. I would highly recommend to anyone! By far the best place to eat at Armature Works!

I stopped by today around 1 PM, excited to give this place a try. I tried the CYO egg bowl. While the food was fresh and delicious, my experience with the customer service wasn’t the best. The person taking my order seemed a bit short and talked over me, which made the interaction less pleasant. It might’ve been an off day for him, but I hope it was a one-time thing. That said, the quality of the food was definitely top tier, and the menu had plenty of great options to choose from.

Refuse to give you a glass of water. Was told I had to sit at bar to get a glass of water so I bought a bottle, finished it and threw it out. Then went back to bar to get a glass and they refused and said I had to buy a bottle. Greedy management

I’m an Uber Eats Courier. I feel like your pickup instructions are silly, excessive, and borderline rude. I read through some of these reviews and it’s seems like you guys do in fact have a problem with rudeness. Gonna post the pickup instructions couriers see when we get pickups from your restaurant on here for everybody else to see: “No talking on the phone when picking up orders. Please do not use restrooms, only for customers. Please come inside and pickup with phone and order number. Do not forget drinks.”

1. Are we really not allowed to talk on the phone when we pickup from your restaurant? Really? Haha.

2. Are we really not allowed to use that big ole bathroom that’s technically not even in your restaurant? Really? Haha

You guys need to be a little bit nicer.

We ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken came out very dry and overcooked. We nicely asked if it was possible to have it remade, and the chef aggressively tore the sandwich apart in front of us and was very rude. Do not recommend.

Edit: it happened around 4:30pm today. the guy on the register was very nice and understanding but when he told the chef in the back to remake it, he walked from the back and proceeded to call us back over and ripped the sandwich in front of us and was unnecessarily rude.
