I eat at Graze about once a month as Armature is a favorite of ours before Straz shows. I will not be back. I ordered the spicy sandwich without slaw. I literally read it out loud as I was looking at the menu while ordering. When I received my sandwich, it contained slaw. If I had been able to remove the slaw myself I would have but it would not have been easy to do so I went up to the counter where I asked if I could just get a new bun as I asked for the sandwich without slaw. The person who took my order informed me I would not be able to get a replacement bun without purchasing it because I didn’t ask for it without slaw. I reiterated that I had asked for it without slaw and they doubled down I had not. My husband was near me when I ordered and he remembers me saying it, I remember saying it, but they refused and said this was my mistake and they were not going to take the blame because the restaurant penalizes them for inputting remakes. I was at a loss and told them that for $20 for a sandwich and tea, replacing a bun seems like an easy win so I can eat it. They eventually said they would make the new bun “this one time.” The service was disarmingly bad. I was truly stunned. Please train your people with basic hospitality skills and treat your customers with some level of respect. The young person serving us should not be in customer service, truly a terrible experience.

I had the most delicious Black Bean Burger and Tator tots. It was well seasoned and cooked. I really enjoyed eating there.

Kera and Val did a great job with answering questions about the menu, and were very helpful and friendly. Val was very accommodating when they were out of iced tea, and later brought me a cup of iced tea free of charge for waiting. Definitely worth stopping by any time of the day.

Never again. I ordered the chicken and waffles with maple bacon glaze. $18. I had one piece of chicken that was overcooked and had too much batter around it. I felt like I was on an archeological dig, trying to find the chicken. When I did find the chicken it was dark, almost like a medium brown/grey color from over cooking. The waffles were like oversized microwavable eggo's. The syrup just tasted like it was fresh out of the bottle, and there was no bacon. The young lady at the counter was stellar, and she should find somewhere else to work at, since the food doesn't match the service.

Claimed they only served bottled water when there was water served at their bar.

I ate here a few years ago and it was pretty good. Very disappointing to see the quality of food suffer. I ordered 3 things for my family and they were all terrible.

This food was solid, but nothing that I couldn't have made at home. The best part about this place is the view. You can see the river and outdoors which is super nice. The service was solid but they really only have to take your order and then you go back up to grab your food when it is ready. It is solid food, but probably a lot cheaper to make your own breakfast sandwich. Not bad, but nothing special aside from the great location.

First time at this place and I ordered chicken and waffle and provided tip, however when I asked for a cup of water and the attendant promptly responded no as instructed by her boss (this was her justification). I'll never go back to this place as I have never seen water being refused to customers. Besides the food was below average. The food was cold and portion was small with one piece of chicken. Very disappointing! And I rarely write negative reviews.

I rarely write poor reviews (this is my first 1-star review ever), and I actually enjoy the food at Graze, but this interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth and I don't intend to return to the one at Armature Works because of it.Just before Christmas, I brought a 14 year old that I mentor to Armature Works to sit outside and write some holiday cards. She started to feel nauseous from something she'd eaten earlier in the day, and ended up getting sick and using the plastic bag I had brought with all of our materials in it.After making sure she's okay, I went inside to try to locate some form of takeout bag or box that I could use, since now we had pens, envelopes, cards, and chocolates and nothing to put them in. The first counter I walked up to was Graze, and the man I spoke with (he was older and bald, that's all I can remember to note) was the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. I asked for a bag or box and he flatly told me they were for paying customers only. I explained my situation, that the kid I'm with had just gotten sick and I need to get her home to her mom, and I'm just looking for a plastic bag or takeout container. He laughed, made some annoying comment, and sent me on my way.I walked over to the bar on the other end of Armature and they gave me a box and some complimentary gingerale for her after hearing what had happened. Then a staff member at Kipos gave me a paper takeout bag when asked without even having to explain what happened.I want to mention that the "no" was NOT the problem - if you're not supposed to give out a bag or box to a non-paying customer, fine. It was the rudeness and the disrespect especially at a time when I was truly just trying to help out a kid that was clearly unwell. It was hard enough leaving her alone outside to go in and try to problem-solve, let alone be spoken to condescendingly in a high-stress situation.

Ordered the basic tartine and the almond butter tartine for a quick lunch for me and my son. The amount of avocado on the basic and almond butter was as if someone had smeared it on the bread and then tried to scrape it off and then that’s what you had leftover. It was minuscule. So basically you’re paying $16 for toast with a wisp of flavor. The side salad is a mound of spring mix with a hint of dressing. Not great. Just ok.
