The quality of food is absolutely, positively the freshest in town. The portions are huge. I’ve had four different salads and each one was wonderful and affordable, less than $12 for salad w/chicken. Order ahead and pickup at drive through totally convenient! And the price? Oh my gosh it’s so CHEAP!

Ordered at drive thru. Got home and the wrong item was in my bag. Drove all the way back up there to be told that, “they read the order back.” (Then both females had the audacity to laugh about it) So basically instead of apologizing for making the wrong item, she was trying to blame me. I’ve been to this location and have always ordered the same thing so I know what I ordered 100%. I was going to allow them to just remake my food the proper way but when she had those words to say I just asked for a refund. I will no longer be a customer of Green Lane. Terrible customer service!!

I ordered in the drive thru, as I watched, the girl who was bagging my order had the lid to my salad bowl in her ungloved hands, and was turning it over and over carelessly while talking to someone, and had her fingers ALL OVER the lid, and the inside of the lid to my salad, over and over. So gross! I'm not a germaphobe at all, but no way. I started to complain, but I never send food back. Who knows what will come back. Will not go there anymore. They should not handle your food or anything that touches your food w-out gloves, and they should train employees better.

You want a big, fresh salad WITH the chicken added for $10.99? This is your place. When we saw the prices the first time, we thought for sure they wouldn't be filling and was so happy to be wrong. I also appreciate the variety. The fiance always gets the sesame ginger. I'm working my way through them. The Cobb with green goddess is tonight. Service is also friendly and super fast.

Ya know… I’m a nice person. I work hard. I’m not some rich South Tampa mom or something. I’m kind. I get retail and food service or the grind. I see please and thank you and just take the food even if it’s a little messed up and I’ve never had a place I go to often treat me so poorly so consistently
I stop here right before I drive an hour home to Clearwater. I usually haven’t eaten all day because of how busy my job is.
Some days I come here and the girls are nice. But two different men have been rude to me on multiple occasions
The younger guy working here just gives he hates women - everytime he is short, rude and demeaning
The guy today had his panties in a knot because I was early for an online - it’s giving - you don’t know what customer service is, how your job actually works, you sell expensive food - you aren’t McDonald’s. How many times do yall (like today) mess up my simple chicken Cesar wrap and I’ve said nothing but you’re going to tell me what to do? I’m less mad at you then the younger guy but it was the last straw
Do yall have a manager ? Because either they suck at managing yall or a corporate person should check in here
I used to come here 2-3 days a week. I guess I’ll finally start making my own wraps. Sorry not sorry I hope a south Tampa mom goes off on yall everyday and you remember driving away a good person with your attitude !
