Delicious food. My husband loved his salmon. I enjoyed the Carribean Pumpkin Crab Soup and the Wedge with sirloin. Service was quite attentive.

You will probably take this personally but please buy better sirloin. I tried to let the quality of the cut go but im still disgusted. I had artiers and tendons in my cut and other people at my table. I had a new server so I'm not going to judge ur staff on her. Other people seemed very professional. She is new to her position period. Her super creepy smile when asking my bf how he liked his Mac and cheese on top of interrupting me to speak to him was irritating but if the steak was better then applebees I prob would have been happy. I don't know if applebees is worse. Honestly this experience encourages me to stick to outback and Texas roadhouse. Please get higher quality meat. 29$ for an 8 Oz.

The food was great and the service was even better. Our waiter was the best we've ever had. The filet tip eggrolls can become an addiction. I just wish there was still an open location in South Tampa

What a wonderful way to end our 2025 with a nice dinner and service from Tony! Such excellent service , so attentive and the best and kindest personality with the crazy New Year’s Eve crowd , he was doing amazing and one of the best Waiters I have ever had! Can’t wait to come back in 2026 and ask for him to Wait on us again! Thank you Tony Happy New Year to you and everyone at Grill Smith Carollwood !

Grillsmith - Carrolwood is a great place to eat! We were promptly seated and our orders were taken. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Our food came out in very good time. Here are some of the things we ordered:
Chicken Milanese - the chicken was tender and juicy. The sauce and garnishments were well presented and delicious. I ate the whole thing.

Chicken Marsala - very tender and delicious

Aged ribeye - very tender and flavorful
Salmon dishes were ordered. Everyone at the table loved what they ordered.
The prices are moderate to high but worth it. I highly recommend you give this restaurant a try!

Ordered takeout.. my ratings are based on this order. The salad wasn't made to order as shown on the order slip but I caught it before leaving and they apologized and corrected it right away. But I was surprised since that's what order slips are for.
However, I like this restaurant and the food and service is really good, based on my experience going to the Wesley-Chapel location in the past.

Great food, relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, but most importantly, the service has always been stellar. I usually ask about the fresh catch of the day, and I’ve ordered a few things I was skeptical of, but they always ended up tasting great!

We went to GrillSmith in Carrollwood today and the food was absolutely delicious. From the moment we sat down, the service made the experience even better. Tony was our server (we always seem to get Tony, and we truly love it). He has such a great personality, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome.

Servers aren’t often recognized enough, but Tony truly deserves it. He consistently provides excellent service and makes every visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

I go to the carrollwood location all the time. Usually very good. But the other evening they were very busy and I ordered the salmon over salad. Dry crowded. Slower service and salmon came out very dry and piece missing from it. Must have fallen off while playing in kitchen. Gather no one inspects food before leaving the kitchen. Manager busy so could not ask for help with this. Disappointed! But normally they are very good especially their happy hour. Maybe I stick with that o stead of an order I g an actual dinner dish. I’m sure had i reached a manager he would have gotten me a different salmi. Or then it off the bill. Go figure.

Great restaurant in carrollwood recently remodeled as well, great decor. Nice bar inside as well as the seating area outside with heaters. Great food and great service, so good I forgot to take pictures of the meal. But here is the birthday cake.....!!!!!
