Slowest service and all employees go on break at the same time!! 40 mins in like for two milkshakes. That’s ridiculous. As a tourist location there should be more then 3 employees trying to figure out how to make orders

I love Haagen Dazs icecream, I drove for 30 min on Sunday to get the icecream at 6.20pm and they were cleaning and told me it was closed even when the hours have mentioned they close at 7pm.

While waiting to get our ice cream, we witnessed one of the older women who was working behind the counter open a large bag of frozen strawberries WITH HER TEETH. We complained in person and she glared at us and then complained to corporate. Corporate did nothing and told us to call the store.The servers were also placing what looked like dirty covers over the ice cram tubs, also. Some of the covers looked unwashed and had moldy edges.Buyer beware.

Worst experience ever. Imagine you go to Haagan Daaz to see the ice cream choices and when you’re ready to order, the employee ignores you and walks over to the middle to take someone else’s order. i’m black by the way so this was definitely an act of racism. my Dominican friend that i was with had translated what she said and it was “don’t take them, take them” to someone that was about to take my order. It wasn’t until another girl from all the way way on the right noticed literally nobody was taking my order and finally decided to take it. This Haagan daz at citrus park mall is RACIST and that lady with the glasses (the older one) should be fired! they’re also hispanic too the whole staff is and they have 1 white girl for diversity. it’s crazy

Horrible. I was SO disappointed. I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream and I drove 30 minutes because this is the only Häagen-Dazs that is open in the area. The ice cream was not only soft and melted, it had that crystallization texture where you can tell it's been melted and refrozen multiple times. It was disgusting and tasted like refrigerator, I had to throw it away. A waste of money. I was really really disappointed. Why even stay open at that point? Close the place until you fix your freezers. Ridiculous.

Ice cream is great. But I was mischarged by the out-of-it employee, and then a tip too? 34 bucks for 4 tiny ice cream cups is beyond absurd. The same brand isn't even as expensive at Busch Gardens.

The only reason I’m giving three stars is because I love the icecream, but the little girl working the counter was awful! I went 35 minutes before they were closed on 12/8/22. The girl not only had absolutely no manners whatsoever, but she was rude, and made me feel like I was a burden. She made a comment to her co worker saying “ why’d they come here when Chick-fil-A is open”. Even though the ice cream was good, she still left a bad taste in my mouth. My boyfriend told me that he went with my 6 y/o son an hour earlier while I was shopping and got the same type of treatment. It was just a bad vibe altogether.

Never been here before. Went to order a milkshake and the teenagers working there were sitting on the floor behind the counter and wouldn't acknowledge that I was there. Good customer service!!

Went to order a milkshake 20 minutes before they close. And was told they had already shut down the machines for the day. What’s the point of having something on your menu if you can’t order it the entire time they’re open.
