Came here for a friends birthday to checkout their drag brunch this past Sunday. The visit didn't start great... Sat outside which was fine as it was a beautiful day but we didn't even receive water to the table until about 20 minutes sitting there and had to ask for a server. Lots of waiting happened, drinks... apps... etc. Ordered the dumplings (fried), spicy edamame and the breakfast bao. All very good. Eventually the manager came over to us and explained that there was a no show inside if we wanted... naturally we did not hesitate... full redemption! The seats were great, mimosas were flowing and our meal was great. My friend had a blast for her bday celebration and that's what mattered the most.

First time was pretty good. Went back Saturday and everything felt so different. It felt like they just reheated my plate and that it

Service was great, food was very medium and pretty pricy considering it wasn’t great.

Food was pretty good. Vibe was almost borderline night club. Waitress struggled a bit. In her defense we were a larger party, but it was kind of rough when multiple wrong dishes came out, wrong checks etc

Place was packed for sure service was a little slow and confused It’s a little too dark for my liking. Food was good. Octopus was really good shrimp app was good my pork belly was cold but the fried rice was definitely a good dish sushi was good as well. I would give them another try for sure to try a few more things for a better review.

Nice place in a good location. The food is just not good. I have tried it multiple times and everything is incredibly below average for the price

Pot roast was great, I had Waygu and it was terrible cold I couldn’t eat it and when I complained the rainbow manager was very rude .. I was not pleased at all, he warmed it up but it still tasted horrible. The atmosphere was great! Staff member wasn’t bad at all.

Was wanting to try this place for so long so my husband and I decided to go before a show at the Amalie. Beautiful interior but everything we got from the Miso soup to the sushi and rice was so salty. What disgusted me were the bathrooms. They are "shared genders" and as soon as I entered one of the rooms, it was a mess, reeked of urine, and had urine all over the toilet seat. To top it off, no toilet paper. Absolutely horrific, really makes you think of the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Haiku is located in the heart of Downtown Tampa. It is a great asian fusion restaurant to visit with your partner, family, or friends. It has a nice vibe to relax during happy hour. Make sure to order some of their wagyu steak.

Have to say I was a bit disappointed with this place which seemed understaffed and also had a bit of an issue with moths flying all over where were were waiting to be seated and also where we were finally seated. We ordered a round of drinks and my husband’s drink came and it wasn’t what he had ordered and the fellow who served it insisted it was the right drink… a few beats later another waiter came back and let us know that it was the wrong drink and that he would correct it and get us the right drink and we could keep the erroneous drink no charge (uh ok?). Then a few moments later another waiter came by to take the drink away. Then after sitting there a long while they finally brought the drink but failed to take our appetizer order. Oh and during all that time at the table we kept killing these little annoying moths that kept flying in front or out faces. At that point we decided to leave and find another place to dine. Maybe would’ve been a better experience outside? Maybe but then I’ll never know cause this experience just turned me off.

If you want to come just to take some drinks, this is the perfect spot, but food wasn’t the best, kids ramen was salty, expensive for no reason, ramen in other places are not expensive, and the meat in the ramen was all fat, wouldn’t come again, our server was awesome tho his name was ray

Went for lunch on a Friday. Food was ok. I intended to order Spicy Ramen but it wasn't available. So I ordered Chicken Udon but it came out cold with no chicken and didn't taste good. Then, I ordered the Crispy Chicken Fried Rice instead which tasted better than the Udon but still came out cold. The Spicy Miso Soup was not good. Also, the service was lacking a bit.
