They were able to make a shrimp Poboy for me when I asked for them, but not for my girlfriend. They also ran out of crap when my girlfriend asked for another dish. They specifically said we could make one for you, but we didn’t have enough for her. I declined to eat here because the server was just rude.
How a seafood company runs out of crab and shrimp midday during a holiday is beyond me, assuming that was the real reason my girlfriend was denied service. It looks like a nice place to eat, but the interaction with staff is just odd and I could go somewhere else easily.

They wait until AFTER we order and pay to tell us it’s a 30 min wait!!! Should be informing people up front how long the wait is!! Imagine if we had a cruise to catch soon. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Also they have no diet soda, everything is overpriced.

Awful. I paid $45!! For a shrimp basket and a crab cake basket..what makes me angry is no matter how nice you are to the staff you get ATTITUDE…the shrimp basket had 5-6 TINY shrimp (like the smallest frozen shrimp from the freezer section in Publix) 5-6! $20! The fries were SO SALTY we couldn’t eat them and when we mentioned they were too salty they closed the window. The crab cake was large but did not taste good overall I wouldn’t have reviewed if I didn’t get the attitude. But it’s NOT worth $10 let alone $45 for those two small gross baskets.

Freshest vod I've ever had! They took my request for grilled instead of blackened cod, food is amazing and juicy, fries were stellar, and staff was great. If you're headed to the Wharf, don't think about eating anywhere else :D

Cool concept, terrible service. Val was one of the rudest service workers I’ve ever encountered. She slammed the window in my face after they messed up my order, then lied and said it wasn’t wrong when it clearly was. Extremely hostile attitude and zero accountability.
Food wasn’t much better — greasy fries, shrimp breading falling off, and the remake was rushed out of anger. With better staff and basic customer service training, this place could be great. As is, I won’t be back.

It was nothing like the pic and the food was something you get at a fast food chain nothing to write home about and the price was ridiculous menu options was every slim all in all go else where a nice lunch

The food is delicious, the staff is welcoming, and the owner is approachable. I also appreciate the location and the beautiful scenery. However, the portions are somewhat small; therefore, if one has a hearty appetite, it might be necessary to order additional servings or consider an establishment that offers larger portions.

Exceptionally delicious food. Last time we tried the Nashville sweet hand tossed cod basket and it was breaded perfectly, the sauce was outstanding, and the cod was high quality. We tried a sandwich the time before and were blown away by that as well. Definitely will make this a regular spot to get a snack anytime we are visiting Sparkmans Wharf.
