Han Hand Roll Bar is a spot that caught attention because sushi rolls are very good. The handrolls are tasty and the spicy bluefin and spicy salmon are excellent, with chili crisp and OMG yum flavor. High quality food and a good quantity amount are enough for yourself and to take home. Fatty blue fin tuna and wagu beef are well worth the $$ despite the price being pretty high. Service can be hit or miss. Visits describe spectacular service, very easy to order, willing staff who make extra space and easy to use chopsticks for a first time ramen noodles experience. Other visits note staff who stare, talk amongst themselves, are unwelcoming and do not warn about missing eggs or cross contamination. The ramen noodles were described as strange doughy flavor, broth bitter and over spiced. Overall the spot offers very good rolls, but price, service consistency and occasional food issues make it worth going on a busy night rather than a slow night.
