The young man at the register was nice, but this was the worst and most overpriced ramen I’ve ever had. The noodles were gummy and I was charged $5 for one small piece of pork.

I wish I looked at the Google reviews before I spent about $60 but you couldn't even call this a hand roll

terrible experience at Han Roll Bar in Tampa. I specifically told the guy at the register if the ramen was very spicy, and he said it was just slightly spicy. But when my son tried it, it was shockingly hot—even for me, and I handle spice well. I asked them if they could fix it, but they refused, and the manager didn’t help either. Completely disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

After the yummy looking picture of the tonkotsu ramen, my mother and I ordered bowls for ourselves. Like other reviews, I’d have to 100% agree that for the price, the portions are small. After we received our bowls, my mother and I noticed that our bowls did not look like the picture, the broth was a completely different color and beyond that … we had no eggs. If you are a common ramen eater, you know that that’s the best part. We went back to ask about the cashier about the eggs and she said that, “she just found out they ran out eggs”. Who knows what else the bowl was missing. If we didn’t say anything, she was going to give us an incomplete bowl regardless. A waste of $20. You can for sure find better ramen and service somewhere else. Save your money!!!

This spot caught my attention because I love sushi… the rolls were very good, no doubt about it, but very overpriced for the small amount of food you were getting. Also, the seaweed was prepacked in plastic and you had to finish making every roll yourself…

Hand rolls are not good. Ramen is the absolute worst ramen I have ever had. They were out of egg didn’t warn me or offer something else I couldn’t even eat the ramen. The girl with the red hair and glasses is absolutely rude and unwelcoming. Just shut the place down and have something there that is worth that space.

Food was good but the service was not. There was cross contamination and employes were not nice. They were also out of eggs but still charge for them in the plate that was supposed to have egg but didn't have any. And they never warn us about it or gave us other options.

Rolls are small. Online they make them appear much bigger. It’s $7-$20 a ROLL, which is probably 2 bites worth. You get to build your own off the menu but the menu was blurry and hard to read. For the cost, literal Walmart sushi would be better. The taste was good but not for the price. Staff was great.

I usually don't review but damn was i disappointed. If you're hungry and want handrolls dont eat here. So tiny and tasteless. Paid $40 for 3 small pieces of nothing.

a disappointing experience. They were out of mushrooms for Ramen and when I asked to add corn instead, I was told I’d have to pay extra because it “doesn’t come with corn.” This was despite the fact that the missing ingredient was on their end. When I asked for extra noodles instead, the cashier had to check with the chef, and was told I would have to pay for 1/2 the cost of extra noodles lollll. It felt odd that the guest is expected to absorb the cost when the restaurant is out of listed ingredients. Not a great customer experience.
And then they still ask for 30% tip.
I won't return given the bad experience and very small portion sizes.
Very easy to order, the food was high quality, a good quantity amount enough for yourself and to take home. Absolutely spectacular service not only were they willing to make extra space for me to sit with my son(9year old) yet they were willing to make easy to use chopsticks for his first time experiencing authentic ramen noodles.
