Stopped by Happy Fish in Tampa a couple weeks ago while working in the area. I had the Lomo Saltado and my coworker ordered the fried shrimp — both were very well done. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the shrimp came out crispy and fresh.
They also surprised us with homemade picarones for dessert, which were delicious and a great finishing touch. As someone in the food business, I appreciate the quality, portions, and friendly service. Clean restaurant and a great spot when I’m in Tampa — I’ll definitely be back.

It was my first time with my family and It's a ok Peruvian Restaurant. I founded a little bit more expensive than other places, for what you are actually getting. The food for me was ok, not amazing or great on taste and quality. Would I go once again 🤔? Well.. probably not! The service was good, but sense we were done eating, they were kinda pushing us, so we would just fish with the drink, pay and go. I really don't like that on a place that I just consume from

Located conveniently on Armenia Ave and nestled in the corner of a shopping center Happy Fish Peruvian Fusion offers a refreshingly authentic take on Peruvian cuisine. The menu is vast and requires several trips to fully experience, but there is something for everybody's taste and I have been thoroughly impressed with each trip. The staff are, kind, knowledgeable, and fluently multilingual, and the manager, Kevin, makes a point to visit each table for a quick friendly conversation and to ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible. If you haven't already tried Happy Fish out, do so as soon as you can!

The customer service here is terrible. The owner was rude. When we asked a simple question, we were met with unprofessionalism and someone who was more worried about their reviews than helping out customers. Overall frustrating situation, even though the food is good. Definitely not coming back.
