The praise goes to Kylene (hostess) Alejandro (server) and Woody (bar). If you’re lucky enough to get this trio, you’ve won the dining lottery experience. When your flight’s been cancelled, and things look very bleak, this is a team that will uplift you. I would have taken more pictures, but the food looked so good, I ate it all too quickly. It didn’t just “look” good…it was wonderful. Thank you all!

Worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. The waiter didn’t write anything down, and after waiting about 30 minutes, our food arrived with both orders incorrect. He went back to the kitchen to fix mine and returned about 10 minutes later with two lukewarm sausage links instead of the sausage patty for my sandwich.
By that point, we needed our check to catch a flight. I took a few bites, but the food was not edible, so I left it on the table. I still paid nearly $50 for two sandwiches, which didn’t feel right given the experience. I should have gone to Chick-fil-A instead.

This is by far one of my favorite Hard Rock Cafe locations I've visited. The outdoor seating area is perfect, with options for every preference. I loved the views, trains moving back and forth, planes taking off, and the space to relax and enjoy a good meal. Our waitress was Sarah, I believe. I don't remember her name clearly, but she was very attentive to my little ones and to us. If I'm in Tampa again one day we will definitely be back.
