We collect T-shirts, so we go to the hard rock cafes. Tampa is a huge casino and when we arrived there on Saturday afternoon we were almost speechless. Countless Americans with families (including children) traveled. It was difficult to find a parking space (of which there are actually a lot). To get to the shop we would have to go through the casino. Almost all machines were occupied and smoking was also allowed here.So we had to quickly shop for the T-shirts and then quickly leave.

Mediocre food. Typical Hard Rock Cafe ambience but only playing loud rock music, felt more dirty. Below average service. Ordered fajitas and the tortillas came in a napkin held by the waitress as she was swinging them a lot later than the fajitas came. Not even a plate. Fajitas veggies were raw. The good thing was the Sunday. Burger was below average too.

I was there last night. We waited 40 minutes for our table and then when seated we waited an hour and 10 minutes before our food came out. The manager came over and told us that he would adjust the bill for the wait and never did.

Had the greatest experience thanks to Lauren and the manager at this location. Was recently diagnosed with many food allergies which makes it a nightmare to eat at restaurants, but to my surprise upon arriving and mentioning this to Lauren, made sure to include the manager and consider my situation to ensure that my food complied with my new dietary restrictions.Thanks for such an amazing lunch!Dietary restrictions: Super considerate. I needed gluten free, soy free and dairy free and they went out of their way to ensure I was able to enjoy my meal.
Server was having a bad day and made sure we knew about it. My fiesta bowl wasn't my favorite but everyone else's food looked good.

An unexpected treat on the main floor of the arrivals/departures hall at Tampa International Airport. We purposely went to the airport early for my wife's flight, so we could eat lunch together before she left. It was a good idea, my wife's Salmon and Caesar salad were delicious and my Big Cheeseburger was also good, but they lost a star because the fries were cold and had to be replaced. They also lost a star on atmosphere because the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, they obviously were not prepared for the colder than normal weather this January in Tampa. I appreciated the reasonable selection of draft beers included a few local brews. Service from Cameron was great
