Overall, an OK visit. Visited with my family and I must say our server was excellent. Attentive, helpful and ensured the experience was a good one.However, the food was a bit lackluster. 3 of us in our party, and we all opted for burgers of one type or another. If we were at a Denny's or IHOP, the burgers would have qualified as amazing...but considering the prices they charged, it honestly felt like I was eating a burger from your typical greasy spoon.If you are going to charge artisanal prices, you need to step up the quality, presentation and flavor.Dietary restrictions: Very easily accommodated my wife's allergies.

We went to Hard Rock for my nephew's 21st birthday. He's never been, and he wanted to check it out. He signed up for the rewards program, and they told him to go to the Cafe for a birthday surprise. We went and they offered him a free ice cream ?. That's a nice gesture, but this 21 yr old wanted a cocktail, not an ice cream. Our bartender was very patient with our group since he had no idea what to order, and it took a bit to decide. She never rushed us, made some good suggestions, and the drinks were tasty.

Waited 40+ minutes.My food came lukewarm at best. Not good to have lukewarm fries and burger.My wife's fajita wasn't tasty tough came hot. Any fajita we ever had was superior to that.Not impressed at all.

I've never had a better burger, absolutely delicious.
Had a bad experience with the Seminole Tribe Insurance people who denied my aunts claim when she was injured. We only requested the copay of the xray $150! And they denied it! We are frequent patrons and will not be returning because of this decision on their part.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair was not available from the Casino for rent so this was part of the reason why my aunt was injured.

They need to get a different chorizo. The Messi burgers chorizo was hard and tasted like plastic. Very bad. The rest was good but . The sauces were not tasted at all either. I had the bbq burger but there was no bbq sauce. My friend said no sauce was tasted on his Messi burger .
