Harpoon Harry's Crab House - Tampa

We reserved a table noting we were celebrating a special occasion. The restaurant was not busy despite 7:30 pm dining time on a Saturday. We were on of few tables placed upstairs with a loud part happening in part of the room. There were plenty of tables even more comfy booths downstairs available and we would have preferred sitting downstairs for quieter area.

Our waitress was amazing...top notch, e 10! The food we had was awesome...we had the blackened redfish and the seafood risotto. Both were so yummy!!!

Great stop for our pre concert hang out for food and drinks. Our server was fantastic and made a lot of great recommendations to help us decide. He was super attentive. Food was awesome!

Overall, great experience and great food. Service was consistently good. They even had an issue and bought us around drinks on the house which we did not even ask for. They went above and beyond and took care of all of us. Our total party was a total of 16 and overall excellence service and food and fun for all.

Food was awful. I had the risotto and it was clumpy, mushy, and bland. The chicken Alfredo also bland a not much to be desired. Drinks were taking 20-30 minutes. It was not an enjoyable experience at all.

Our group was attending a conference in Tampa and chose Harpoon Harry's Crab House for a dinner. The food was excellent. The service we received from Sam was beyond great. He was the epitome of efficiency and friendliness. Definitely will go back when in Tampa. Thank you!

Service was very good. One entree came out perfect. Second had to be returned inedible oversalted. They remade it but they should have given a discount

Super relaxed, coastal ambiance makes it the perfect spot to unwind. The Roasted Oysters were amazing , the Grouper Sandwich was the best we have ever had, and the crab cakes were simply delicious. Great drinks and friendly service.

Marvelous. On a rainy evening when plans for event on Tampa streets got drenched, I went to TripAdvisor for ideas. Harpoon Harry's was a short Lyft ride away from Westin Waterside. Wonderful, delectable adventure. Coconut shrimp and 1 lb of well-seasoned (not too much) shrimp was ample for two. Highly recommend. 

The drinks are always great, the food is always great, and Maggie is a very attentive bar manager. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the chef’s food is delicious

I came with my wife and the service was amazing from the host, to the downstairs bartender (Amy) while we waited for a table. And our server (Tinecia),
the shift manager (Brett) came by and made sure we were happy with the service. The food was so good, we came back the following night with friends after the Convention wrapped up for the night. This officially became my go 2 restaurant for further near by events!

Not as flavorful and fresh as I had hoped. Much like a glorified seafood chain like Bubbas.

Good food. Convenient location considering parking available at the Tampa Convention Center. Prices were fair and the waitress was awesome. I'd definitely take my seafood lovers here.
