Heights Lounge has been the one kava bar in Tampa that has welcomed me with open arms. Everyone there is so kind and outgoing both the customers and the employees. It has been a great spot for doing homework or just having some good conversations with cool people. I am also sober and this has been a great place to hang out and vibe out. Dan and Travis are two of my favorite kava tenders here at Heights!! They do all sorts of events. This photo is from mathletes vs. athletes bingo night.

I came in for the first time to try the yoga class on Saturday and it was amazing! This is also a great place to work and get a relaxing beverage. I had never tried kratom and Alex was so kind in explaining the difference between the blends and their effects. I will be visiting often!

Whenever you are in the Tampa area, you have to come in and see Jason slinging bulas! Great place to come chill and be in great company. Been to many Kava bars and Heights Lounge is on the top of my list! Definitely coming back!!

Heights Kava Lounge is a truly relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Their kava drinks are top-notch—smooth, earthy, and effective in calming the mind and body. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to explain the different options for newcomers. Kava Lounge is a great place to de-stress, connect, and enjoy a unique experience. Highly recommended to visit.

I've been going to yoga on Sat & Sun mornings for the last couple months. Ambiance is great! Staff feels like family. If you want to get some work done on your laptop, mingle with locals, want to get a good yoga sess in, or just want something yummy to drink (I love their iced lattes) it's definitely worth checking out. Love it here!

I give this place a five-star rating on its presentation and knowledge of their product it was an absolute wonderful experience! I had a flight which included a kava shot a kratom shot and kratom jello shot. Then I had a tea and a shell and it was delicious! The atmosphere was great and the kavatender was wonderful! I would definitely be back! And this is coming from a kavatender herself. My mother is an owner of Jax Beach kava so if anybody's ever in Jacksonville Beach hit that place up it's wonderful too. Tell her I sent you I'm sure she'll give you a drink on the house!
