Food is okay at best. Had the country fried steak and eggs. Asked for potatoes fried hard, the came out undercooked. Eggs were prefect and the country fried steak was okay. The sausage gravy was obviously from a can. So not thrilled with the experience. Coffee was just okay.

Also the restaurant was incredibly warm. I was sweating at the table the whole time. Viewed others in the restaurant sweating as well.

Personally won’t be back, but hopefully this was just a bad experience.

The Tampa location used to be our go to spot for a weekend breakfast, but I slowly started to see things weren't right with this spot, like they don't know how to make a country fried steak, it's more like a shake n bake, the eggs are raw and the toast isn't toast at all, not to mention how loud it gets in there and the waitresses are rude and not very friendly, except the the full figured gal, she always seem to serve everybody with a smile. Needles to say we are disappointed and won't be back.

Terrible place, don't worry about the excessive delay and the treatment of customers by the horrible service

They do not have the technology to make two different types of eggs for one plate. If not for that, they would’ve gotten five stars Waitress was very sweet. But she even asked the manager if I could have two different eggs, one scrambled and one over medium and the answer was no we don’t do that… So I ordered two scrambled eggs with my meal and then ordered an add-on over medium egg and that was fine… Shaking my head. Manager should be brought back and hit with a glove.

We gave this place a try to support local about a year ago. Our breakfast spot had been First Watch prior. We go every so often, and I always get country fried chicken. They don't have that on the menu. They have country fried steak (fatty cube steak that i wouldn't even call steak). However, they always did it chicken style when I asked. Waitress today seemed to think I was joking around when I asked for chicken instead of steak twice. I made it clear twice. So loud in there, you can not help but yell to get your point across. So guess what comes with my meal.? Country fried steak!!! Along with burnt toast. I guess the big chain corporate places have consistency on their side. No, we were not comped my "steak" either :) I paid for the meal while asking the cashier to put country fried chicken on the menu. She thought that was funny and didn't know what country fried chicken (some call it chicken fried chicken) was either. This is the South guys!!! The customer is always right, guys. These kids working at this mom and pop breakfast joint should get trained better. Especially in the products they're selling and the customers who are buying. I won't be back for a while, no doubt. I'll just have to find another spot. One bad day in business can cost you a lot.

I rarely leave reviews. No, I did not notify management at all. I am treating this as a secret shopper type event.

When you see this management, maybe you will take the initiative to better the experience I had today. Seems local is great out of the gate, but once things get established, the ball gets dropped more often and unnoticed. Well, here's your warning sign. Fix it

Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food on the other hand was not very good. The spicy chicken sandwich came out burnt and they kindly made a new one but unfortunately that one came out burnt too. The fries were over cooked also. We also ordered a build your own omelet with bacon tomato onion spinach and hollandaise sauce. It was loaded with bacon but only 3 pieces of spinach. The hashbrowns were undercooked as well and tasted like old oil. The server was the best part of the place. First time coming and last time coming. super disappointing

Well run and staffed. Excellent service, great breakfast options. Reminds me of an old school breakfast diner, but with much friendlier, quicker service. Great find, will absolutely be back to this popular place.

This is not meant to be a bad review. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, toast with home fries. Everything was good except the home fries were very mushy. My wife had French toast. She said it was the best French toast she’s ever had and the service was very good. The only thing you guys should address the noise it was louder than any bar I’ve ever been in. You need to put something on your ceilings to dead in the sound that’s just my opinion thank you very much.
