The pizza is fine but make sure you watch your ticket at checkout. We somehow paid $17.66 for 2 speciality slice specials ($6.99 each) and the person checking us out didn’t even say the total to us, just said “go ahead.” So either the price went up and didn’t update any of the menus or something else happened. Also, their digital presence says they were closed today but they were definitely open until 8pm per their signage.

Very large portions very tasty and prepared quickly in a very clean environment. Will be visiting again it's a must try!!!!!! The menu is affordable and really easy to read. If ever near homes ave it's a great place to bring family and friends plus they have meal combos Italian spaghetti wings etc. My ticket was under 20 bucks for Philly combo and drink.

If you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza that tastes like it came straight from Naples, look no further! This place is hands down the best Italian pizza restaurant I’ve ever been to. Every bite is a perfect combination of crispy, wood-fired crust, rich tomato sauce, and the freshest ingredients you can imagine. You can tell the dough is made in-house and the cheese is top quality — absolutely delicious!
But what truly sets this place apart is the service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure every detail of our dining experience was perfect. They even made great recommendations and checked in at just the right times.
Whether you’re a pizza lover or just craving a great dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. Outstanding food, cozy atmosphere, and the best service ever! Can’t wait to come back!
HomeSlice Pizza’s Veggie Calzone is incredible! Perfectly baked crust, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of cheese. The marinara sauce is a great touch too. Definitely my new favorite spot!

I was visiting the area and had passed by several times, but never had the time to stop and go in. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted—what I believe was by the owner—who was very kind and welcoming. On top of that, the place had that authentic smell of real Italian pizza.
They took the time to patiently explain the menu to my brother and me. We decided to try the meat lovers calzone and a Philly cheesesteak. To go, we ordered two slices of cheese pizza.
Let’s start with the sandwich: the flavor was PERFECT. From the first bite to the last, every ingredient stood out—you could taste each one, and that’s something truly special. The fries that came with it? 😯 Absolutely perfect—crispy and full of flavor.
The calzone was PERFECT too, with deliciously melty cheese. The pizza? A solid 100,000/10—top tier. From now on, this will be our go-to stop whenever we’re in the area.
Highly recommended! They make you feel welcome, the ingredients are fresh, and everything is made to order, which makes all the difference. Prices are also very reasonable.

I eat Philly cheese steaks all over Tampa. It is my favorite sandwich. I would even argue it’s gods chosen sandwich. These guys know how to do a Philly right. I reccomend asking for white American and provolone it is the juxtaposition of two cheeses that makes a cheesesteak great. Good service, great food, and old school New Yorkers running the place which is always a good sign for a pizza place. Seriously shout out to them I’ve had Phillies from 20-25 different places in Tampa and this is in the top 3x

I've been to this place plenty of times and the food is consistently good and the service is top notch. The reason I wanted to write this review though is because of how the owner went above and beyond. I recently used a 3rd party app to order delivery of 2 xl pizzas and 24 wings. The driver that the app employed showed up with the pizzas, and when I asked where the wings were he said he didn't speak English and told me tough luck. I noticed Homeslice had called my phone, I called them back and the owner answered, said that the driver forgot the wings and the app had refunded the difference back to my card. The owner said the wings were sitting there and if I still wanted them he would deliver them himself. 15 minutes later I had my wings. The food was delicious as always, but that service is simply head and shoulders above any other pizzeria I've ever seen. This place is now my pizza joint of choice, and it should be yours too. (The calzones are amazing as well)

Second time getting pizza from here. First time, I get home after ordering in person to find my pepperoni pizza didn’t have any pepperoni on it. Today, wife convinced me to order from there again. Get home from picking it up to find my white pizza didn’t have the spinach, tomatoes or garlic, just the cheese. Can’t take the chance again of spending big money on wrong orders.
