The ham has changed - super salty and a weird color very dark red and over processed and dry. I will never buy this ham again - they definitely have changed whoever the provider was- for the price of $80 I could have just gotten a ham somewhere else. Nothing special about this overpriced, salty, over cooked and processed tasting ham. NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!

From the door greeter Gio to the friendly staff, I couldn't of asked for more. This was a organized machine this morning! Lines were long but they moved very quickly! Friendly faces and pounds of ham! I'm shocked it was such a nice experience day before a huge holiday! Keep up the good work! Happy holidays!!!

Picked up a meal kit here for one of my friends who recently had a baby and it was perfect. It was enough to feed her whole family and they said the food was great. Super easy on my part, ordering online, then picking up the day of.

Order my food and eight customers After me got their food. They had to come Out to my table and ask me what I ordered. Then, 2 more people got served before me.I had to go back up to the counter to look for my food.Then the guy comes out and says sorry. I get My food it still wasn't correct AND Was missing my side of potato salad. WELL THERE GOES MY WHOLE LUNCH BREAKE! Had to ask for my money back.Because I didn't have time to eat my meal now. Guess I'll go hungry until tonight. Not to mention there was only one person in front of me And everyone else came in after I was all Already sitting at my table. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have a 2 hour Lunch break and if you don't mind your order still being messed up.

Worst customer service experience. Owner has no consideration for his customers. Bad attitude and not Honey Baked Ham customer service or quality. A big disappointment

Ordered food for Christmas;everything was delicious.Pickup was so organized & efficient.Could not have been easier!! Will be doing this again for sure!
