I've been to plenty of Hooters I'm actually sad to write this review needs to have better Administration in the kitchen because the food was terrible how to get my food fixed three times no good whatsoever

Absolutely Horrific! When we arrived at the restaurant we waited over ten minutes for anyone to even come to our table. One waitress saw us waiting and assured us that someone would be with us shortly. Finally our server who originally walked right by us twice took our order. We then waited over 45 minutes for our food. Two other families that came after us received their food and left. I can understand if the restaurant was busy but as you can see it was half empty and the whole other side was completely closed. This is the second time in a month that the service has been horrific. This place has gone down hill.

I just picked up a to go order at Hooters and The guy that was at the to go orders was extremely rude, took forever to answer me, and then when I said, excuse me he copped an attitude just because I was trying to get his attention

Liberty was a gem this Friday to me & my family. We have started to visit Hooters more frequently because my daughter genuinely loves all the attention the girls give her. Liberty went out of her way to provide excellent customer service and truly gave us an experience. She also left a note on our check & on our box. We will definitely be back… this place has become a ritual for us!

Food is good but I sat at a table outside and took ten minutes to bring me a water and watched 4 other tables be seated and brought a menu so I got up and went inside and was helped immediately! I understand there busy but to ignore me like an ex boyfriend is beyond!

Shout out to Kyle, I think that's what he said because it was kind of loud in the restaurant on a Friday evening. I just updated my stars and my review for this Hooters location on West Hillsborough. You took time for me to address the situation that I was unhappy about with my order that was wrong just a few minutes ago. Just thank you. It's unfortunate that it took as long as it did, but you made me feel better about it.

The best hooters I've ever been to went after the game and they had their allstars working every table ! Better than the original and the one on the beach in clearwater
