Today we had lunch at Hooters on Gandy Boulevard first time I’ve ever met Patrick store manager. The store has changed quite a bit within the last year. I would say the food is better service is tremendous. I wish the best to this particular location been coming here for the last 20 years Thank you so much Patrick for making a change ! Great Job. I wanted to share what I witnessed with one of the bartenders, Shelby, that I believe needs to be addressed. During my visit, I observed Shelby speaking to the kitchen staff in an unfair and disrespectful manner. On several occasions, she used foul language toward them and spoke about them with fellow servers — all in front of customers. As someone sitting nearby, it was uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch, and it created an unpleasant atmosphere in a place that should feel welcoming. What makes this even more concerning is that Shelby complains to other servers about how “busy” she is, despite the fact that her workload didnt seem as nearly as hectic as the kitchen staff’s. The kitchen is constantly moving at a fast pace, juggling multiple tickets and timing meals, while Shelby is pouring a drink every ten minutes. To see her criticize and demean the staff who are clearly working harder under greater pressure is both unfair and discouraging to witness as a customer. The other part of this that is very concerning is that while the kitchen staff is struggling the manager, Darren is standing in the lobby talking to servers. I guess they need more business, but this is no way to get it Employees may experience stress, but addressing it by mistreating coworkers and voicing complaints in front of patrons reflects poorly on the entire establishment. It not only undermines the hard work of the kitchen staff but also impacts the customer experience. I have been a loyal customer since your opening and have always enjoyed supporting your business, but this type of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address this issue so that both your staff and your customers can continue to enjoy a positive environment.

I absolutely love this restaurant and all of the girls that work there. I have had Amanda on several occasions and she is extremely attentive and friendly. Do not listen to the previous review because I am distraught with how disrespectful some customers are to these servers who are just trying to do their job while dealing with impatient disrespectful people. The manager DAREN is amazing and is constantly checking up on each table to make sure their dining experience is amazing. All of the girls are super amazing and kind. I recommend coming to this location because it is always a pleasure to within their company.

Got boneless that was supposed to have sauce on them we got them dry, we throw out most of the food in the garbage, fried pickle fries were a mush, there curly fries were half raw, just terrible food. wouldn’t even give it to my dog. the front pick up service was chaos and nothing came out together , most of my order came out then 15 min later my fries came out, all the food was cold and somewhat raw like the curly fries. I would never ever come back here

Hooters: It's a classic for a reason. The wings are reliably good, the beer is ice cold, and the atmosphere is laid-back. Not much has changed over the years, and honestly, that's part of its charm. Sometimes, you just want that familiar Hooters experience.
