Food is good, service on this visit (04/10/2024 - lunch) was terrible. Bartender was the slowest ever and was preoccupied with everything except her customers.Will sit in Epiphini's area from now on, GREAT server!!

Ordered the Ham and Cheese sandwich from the "Spring Time Specials" menu. The photo on the menu showed a generous stack of ham and melted cheese. When it arrived, it looked like two strips of bacon with cheese. The attached photo shows the sandwich next to the menu photo. The waitress apologized and took it back. She said the manager saw it and agreed to remove it. But the manager was apparently to busy to speak to us. No fault on the waitress. It was a different waitress that brought it out. The manager did come out at our request, apologized, and gave us a card for a free sandwich and pitcher of beer for our next visit. Greatly appreciated his actions.

Just walked in with hubby. Waited to be acknowledged. No sign that said seat yourself. Looked around the corner to see if there was a hostess stand. Nothing. Two servers looked at us and just went about their business. An older larger gentleman in an orange shirt (possibly manager) looked at us standing there - not a word. Not even a “hey folks give us a min.” So after 5 mins we walked out. They must not need the business.

ordered online, they got the food wrong no big deal if they would have just fixed it. The manager was aggressive over the phone and had 0 customer skills. I’ve never left a bad review this was just ridiculous. They took 0 accountability even when I showed them the messed up food and missing sauces. There was also a Hooters girl behind the bar the was completely crazy, she started yelling at me from across the restaurant. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry I would NEVER tell at a customer like that!

My wife and I stopped on Sunday Feb 25th just after 1 to have wings. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted. We sat there for 15 minutes and not one waitress asked to take our order. We left and not one employee noticed.
We were craving wings and decided to try Hooters due to its reputation for good chicken. While it wasn't terrible, it didn't quite meet our expectations. Surprisingly, on the regular wings, both the mild and medium sauces tasted identical and lacked sufficient sauciness. However, the boneless wings provided some satisfaction with their crunchy exterior and juicy center. Unfortunately, the curly fries were disappointing—they were soggy and nearly inedible. Despite ordering take-out, the service was good, and the staff were pleasant.
