I had lunch at Brandon Hooters today ! My Grilled Chicken sandwich was really good & there side salads are very appetizing also. The people makes the difference at this location. Syanah was my waitress. She is attentive & hard working ! Sit w/ her you will not be disappointed !

The spring hill location is a lot smaller than most of their restaurants. Not really set up for sports watching or bar style, its more get a booth, eat and leave with a few random tvs scattered. Service has never been great, often joke this is a training location, as we get forgotten/ignored often. Food is usually decent, but lack of wong restaurants in area is probably the only reason we have returned occasionally.

Not what they used to be. I do pick up orders from here every few months and each time I'm more and more disappointed. I ordered wings this time (as always)..they used to always include 1 ranch, today they didn't and I had to pay $1.70 for a tiny container. Last time the wings didn't taste great like they used to. And I can always tell the girls at take out deal with a lot of issues!!! They're sweet but just over it. Today like every person had and issues. Unfortunately might be the last time I come here for my wings. Hate leaving bad reviews..sorry Hooters.

Had an opportunity to visit the Hooters in Brandon, and the experience was nothing short of awful. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. I’d comment on the food, but after sitting at our table for literally 90 minutes, our meals never arrived.
We ended up paying $35.00 for two sodas, a drink, and half a dozen oysters before finally cutting our losses and leaving. We wrapped up the night at Chick-fil-A instead — at least they serve customers who are actually in the building.
What made the situation even more frustrating was watching multiple DoorDash and Uber Eats orders get priority while tables inside the restaurant were ignored. Servers stood around at the kitchen window instead of checking on guests, and the overall lack of urgency or care was unbelievable.
It honestly doesn’t surprise me that this company is in bankruptcy. With service this bad, it’s easy to see why. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

My husband has been a loyal Hooters customer for years, but unfortunately, the service and portion sizes for takeout orders have declined over time while prices have gone up. It honestly feels like takeout customers get the smallest wings available. Since he doesn’t have time to dine in and always orders to go, I think this was the last straw.
