Ordered a sub. 1st and last time at this location. I paid for the dough. BARELY any meat actually on the sub. 4 pieces of pepperoni and 4 small pieces of sausage. That's it!! Didn't even ask if I wanted the sides to go with it. I'll stick to the one in Carrollwood.

Big no. Friends tried to dissuade me while I was pushing them to give it another try. I called, placed an order, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes for pickup. Showed up and there was no such order in the system. Verified with said location that I had indeed called their exact location. Was surprised I wasn't offered a freebie, coupon, or anything after the fact - only told I could order a pizza now and wait another 15.... Cool, no. For a place that costs double the next place, you'd think they'd have it buttoned up.

This place has fire wings, ask for Cajun butter, the manger I presume (a young female) makes the best wings. This place is a must when you're on the road for a hot fresh pizza. 10/10 and great service as well

This Hungry Howies is a complete joke and their service is absolutely horrible. I placed an online order nearly two hours prior only to be told that it had been cancelled with no explanation. They offered for the order to remade but at that point, I was already fed up with waiting. Terrible service for subpar pizza. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered pizza delivery for a late dinner. Order was accepted and it appears the staff started making our pizza. However after an hour and a half, no pizza was ever delivered and they are now closed. Unfortunately, they still had no issue taking my money!

Howie's is awesome! The pizza is good, especially for chain pizza and the prices are very cheap. Service is always fast. They will put flavoring on the crust for free. They have regular and thin crust options, but no deep dish style pizzas. The toppings are adequate but not huge portions of toppings. Their bread items are good too and also reasonably priced. We be sure to eat Howie's every time we come to Florida... and so far this trip we have gone twice. Yeah, it's that good! Also, sign up for email alerts... sometimes you will get special offers that make it an even better deal. But this place is cheap enough you are still getting a good value with their regular specials too. 5 stars!
