Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

So I did a online order here and it declined my card but still took my money and when I went to the store to explain what happened the kid working had no idea what to do or didnt even try to do nothing so I'm out 42$ and didnt get my food this place sucks ill never get hungry howies ever this was gonna be my 1st time trying it and I was actually excited to try it...

I ordered food from Hungry Howie’s on December 31st and they delivered it through DoorDash, and half of the breadsticks were missing from my order. I called the store twice but was placed on hold both times. Unfortunately, I had to drive to the store myself to resolve the issue.

After some back-and-forth discussion, they finally issued a refund. While I appreciate the refund, the situation was very inconvenient and disappointing—especially after paying a delivery fee and tip. I expected better accuracy and customer service.

It never fails, my order is always incorrect. I always ask for light sauce (due to heartburn) and get regular sauce, never correct toppings. Recently ordered everything seasoning for my crust and there was lightly dusted Cajun seasoning! Not a sesame seed in sight! Definitely changing my pizza shop, I’ve given them way too many chances. Even adding notes to remind them of light sauce, because obviously just adding it to your order is not enough!

This location has really declined over the years. For the past 3-4 months management has been off. Food quality is really bad. It's actually hit or miss. But 1/10 pizzas will be to standard and actually good. I wish they had dedicated employees who cared about making food food. I went in to ask them for possible deals and the one guy treated me like I was a burden. I hate being so critical! But the last 3 visits esp have been really bad.. The bad part is that the location is in a superb area....

I use to love this store but the new call in service is horrible! Every time I call it in they completely mess up my order! Should really consider hiring a service that understands and speaks English! Done with this place, I will take my business to Marco's Pizza.

We were craving pizza, and a friend recommended Hungry Howie's Pizza, known for its variety of crust flavors and customization options.

For our Saturday afternoon lunch, we decided to build our own pizza. We went with a large thin-crust pizza with Cajun seasoning, topped with mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, chicken, onions, and jalapeños.

Our order arrived via DoorDash in about 30 minutes, and we absolutely loved the pizza! The Cajun crust was flavorful and added a unique kick, making it one of the most delicious pizzas we've had. It even brought back memories of the pizza we used to enjoy in our home country.

Overall, a great experience, and we'll definitely be ordering from Hungry Howie's again!

This staff is TOP DOLLAR!!! Very understandable had many issues on my side and donde dash but they have pulled through time after time and being really understandable. Big props to the staff and the two gentleman I talked on the phone with tonight and the other night just outstanding customer service. Loyal to only this Howies from now on!

They outsource their delivery calls to India! India charged me 34.99 for a large pepperoni pizza with delivery tip of $3…they told me 40 min! I gave India my card info 4 times and they told me it was declined! So I drove 1.7 miles to order in store…$11.98 10 min wait! I told the manager what I went thru he said “oh well”!!!??

The food was hot and fresh. My taste buds lit up with joy. The sub I order was sooo awesome.
