I ordered a large pizza with bar bq chicken on one side and cheese on the other side the so called manager who took my order last night 10/11/2023 told me she can't use two different sauces so I told her that's fine use bar bq, but only put cheese on the one side as my wife can't have cheese! She said ok, I got my order I ate my side but when my wife was done with her work she started to eat her side after eating a slice she said it's got cheese that she feel sick now. I looked at it and it has cheese! When I clearly told the manager just make sure there's cheese on one side only she even told. me ok. Now I will sue for the pain they caused and stress they put us through after having to take my wife to the ER for her elurgic reaction to cheese. Thanks Hungry Howies! I'll never order your food again! This store don't even have their own delivery service they used Door Dash! if I wanted Door Dash I'd get the app for it. I'd stay from this place. The manager tried telling me I was a liar that I never told her not to put cheese after me telling her three times no cheese! with the chicken! it's not rock science really! Plus the bread I ordered with it was burnt and so rock hard it cracked after dropping it on my title floor! So I didn't get to eat it either plus they forgot to put my dipping sauce with it really! I'm so done with this pizza place! $26.00 for food and $10.00 tip and I wasted every penny thanks for a wasted time and making me fix my own dinner!

We would order from HH when we wanted top quality food and large portions, their prices reflect the higher quality and quantity.We haven’t ordered there for awhile and decided to splurge. Including the $8 tip I spent almost $57. I have a few grievances and they are why we won’t order from them in the future:1. They outsourced our delivery to DoorDash. We ordered through their app. Do they not have delivery drivers anymore? TF?2. I always call them because our address requires additional instructions for the driver to delivery correctly. It’s never been a problem in the past, and we have always had delivery promptly and as instructed (there isn’t a place in the app to provide additional delivery instructions like every single one of their competitors). But this time I was told “well there’s nothing I can do about it” and someone called me back and suggested “you should stand outside and just wait for the driver to get there because half the DD drivers don’t speak English.”Horrible service. It’s your job to relay the delivery info to the driver if your customer goes the extra mile to call you on an online order to provide extra instructions. That’s why I’m paying higher prices, right? I digress.3. They apparently have changed their crusts. I’m guessing they are pre-prepared since the pizza we received was a perfect circle and quite thin. This was “hand tossed” not thin crust. Maybe they are using the same supplier as little ceasers? Because that was the quality of the dough and it was almost like they had LC make the pizza and HH just plopped it in their box. The crust flavor was also absent. #trashgarbage4. Their salads have become about 30% smaller. Also, the amount of feta cheese (that looked like Parmesan) amounted to about a third of the salad. Waaaaaay too much and of poor quality. At least the lettuce and veggies were fresh, credit where credit is due I guess.5. I didn’t eat the sub, although I did note that the large sub was made with the same prefab crust as the pizza and seemed to be a bit shy as far as the amount of ingredients, compared to previous orders. Wimpy wimpy wimpy, we were expecting hefty hefty hefty.So back to the price, we ordered 4 items: a large sub, a large pizza, a salad and a 2 liter. I guess I can be thankful that I got actual Mountain Dew instead of something like mountain lightning. So for that, we paid $49 for before the tip. NOT WORTH IT. I guess I should be glad that they didn’t outsource the soda.We won’t be back until they decide to go back to their original type crusts, salad sizes and such. I’ve been ordering HH since I was in my teens, I’m in my 40s now, and I don’t appreciate the dive in quality nor the nose dive in service. Super sad about this, we should have gone to Cici’s instead. At least they have arcade games.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the 2 employees that remained in the store and made the food when hurricane Idalia was coming. They weren't rude or anything, just super helpful and very patient. Thank you.
The service was slow. There was a man and lady that came in, I'm not sure if they worked there ? they went behind the counter in the food area, never washing their hands. The cashier rang my order with gloves and went behind the counter to make food, never washing her hands or changing her gloves. Some were looking at their phones ? too, and we know how they carry germs. For that reason, I would not go back. The food was good, but it was hard to enjoy it when I considered that I could be putting my health at risk.Vegetarian options: Vegan, no crust pizza and saladParking: Lots of parking in front of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure

We ate here 3 of the 5 nights we stayed in Tampa. The pizza is great!Location was difficult to find when I used pickup, but the cashier stayed on the phone with me and helped me find it. I wish we had one closer to home!
