First let me start by praising the service. The wait staff was great! Appetizers were great. Burrata and the sausage appetizer were both amazing. My main course was surf and turf and while the lobster was good, I was not impressed with the filet. My date had the blackened NY Strip and that was good. All in all, food was good but Ivarone's is not inexpensive. I like it and a local favorite.

The food was delicious, steak was served as ordered (right temperature), lean and with the right texture. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The advertising of this restaurant in social media platforms reflects having a rooftop cigar and martini bar and one the reasons we chose this establishment for this particular evening celebration. Wasn't as good as in the past. Caesar salad was only fair - seemed old and somewhat wilted. Steak was tender but didn't have the Italian flavor as in the past. Salmon was good; glaze excellent.
