We stumbled upon this place just googling new foods to try, we were immediately greeted and everyone was super sweet and welcoming, and the food was mouthwatering, I haven’t had ramen in years, and the taste brought me back to the first time I had ramen.

Ichicoro is back! The partners and employees are in a togo style only spot inside Jug and Bottle wine shop (which is also super cool).
The menu is small but it has all of the original favorites and they taste as good as they did in 2019!
Stop in and show some love so they can grow into a full service restaurant again!

Service was friendly and I loved that we could grab a drink and relax at Jug & Bottle while we waited. We both got the Shoyu with an extra seasoned egg. I personally like a noodle that has a little more bite to it so I really enjoyed the noodles in this ramen. The seasoned egg was amazing, it already comes with one but highly recommend it as an add on to get extra! We will definitely be coming again!

The chicken was old, the dumplings was chewy, they made the food so fast, I should have checked the freshness,I hope they didn't serve me the old food because I was a black women, because a lot of places will do that

Such a unique experience- a traditional ramen spot tucked away inside of a Seminole Heights beer & wine store. Jug & Bottle is just as awesome! Ichi Koroshi houses the must unassuming chef inspired menu. Ramen, rice bowls, karaage, tofu dishes- fried pickle ramen! Trust me- this is the unassuming dining experience you didn’t know you were missing out on! Run don’t walk!! Tell them Tampafoodmom sent you!!

A first time visit for my daughter and I. The inside was nice and very clean. The staff was great. The ordering process is a little different. One of the customers was nice enough to provide us with some additional information about the process. The food was served in a timely manner and was hot, fresh and really good. The portions were a good size. We both had this really good black cherry soda. There is outside sitting available. I did not visit the restroom. All in all it was a very good experience and we will definitely be going back. Sorry for only one photo. We were kind of hungry, so we forgot to take photos of the other food. Ichi Korishi Ramen is Certified Tasty!

The food was good. I'm not a fan of the broth used for the Ramen noodles. The sushi and the buns were good.

I was so looking forward to trying this new Ramen place. Was disappointed when Ichicoro closed. It was not good at all. The broth was cold and the pork belly was really tough. Also only gave me one half of an egg. Do not recommend.

Incredible Ramen + Gyoza in a hole in the wall bar setting. Could be the best I’ve tried. Highly recommend.

Located inside of Jug & Bottle, you walk over to the little ordering windows and make your selections from the Ichi Koroshi menu, from there you're welcome to sit at the bar, at a table or outside on the covered patio. My partner gets a traditional ramen (obviously add that seasoned egg) and I either do the mushroom ramen (w/vegan truffle butter) or the Tofu Don add shitake mushrooms. Honestly, everything we've tried has been delicious! The bartenders are nice and they have a great selection of anything you want to drink. Dare I say it's even better than Ichicoro?? There are former members of that staff who've open this spot and they've carried over all the right elements/ingredients.

I wanted to love this place especially since there hasn’t been a place like ichicoro since they closed. The staff was lovely but the ramen just didn’t hit. The noodles were hard, they even remade them for me and they still had a stiff chewy starchy texture to them. The only thing I can think of is they intentionally undercook the noodles so for takeout customers it doesn’t get soggy, otherwise, maybe they’re just not the ideal noodle? The broth is good, not great. It kinda felt like fast food ramen. I’m bummed.

The food was good, but the price…not so much. Although the broth is delicious, the price seems unreasonable for the amount of ramen you get. If you’re a big back like me, don’t expect to walk out full. The vibes are nice tho.
