I get oatmeal from here EVERY morning! It's the best start to my day! $5 for a large oatmeal is a little steep, however it is so worth it! They are very clean and there isn't one dish that I've tried that I can complain about honestly.
Just happened to pass his neighborhood today and stopped here. The service was wonderful and the food excellent, however the Cafe con leche was off da chain! Definitely would stop again!
From my understanding this is the granddaughter of Willie who owned Willie's Place on 21st Street not related to Uncle Willie's that was further down 22nd Street I used to always get these places confused but I used to love that sandwich from Willie's Place when I worked at the Port Authority and my father had a lot of great stories when he was a dredge welder going to the other Willys Uncle Willie's and of course everybody has memories of going to Stoney's...
