Visited on 11-27-2025. This place is going downhill. It’s dirty with sticky floors and tables and the back of the chairs at the top are disgusting. Probably the first thing you grab before you sit down and then you’re touching your food. I think the parking lot was cleaner than the inside of the place. Our server was being overworked and I guarantee underpaid. She deserves better along with the cook. Server was very apologetic but shouldn’t have to deal with this due to mismanagement of this business. The single star for service is for the management/owner who runs this place. (REMODEL)👈🏻

First thing is there is not enough parking space. Location not good for IHOP of that size ( small). They could use at least 3 more workers and the place is just too small and congested to seat customers even though the limit there is 93 people(Impossible)!

Gave 1 star because zero is not available. We walked in and were told to seat ourselves. No one came to the table to great or ask if we wanted coffee. Sat and watched four employees doing nothing. There literally were two other tables occupied. Finally got tired of being ignored and walked out. On the way out the waitress said oh is wad coming over I'm by myself, wel now one less table. Can't imagine how long we would have sat if we ordered. Terrible customer service, and I pretty sure she would expect 20% Tip or better.

Coleen was amazing. I live 40 miles away and anytime I need to wait for sprouts to open I will definitely come and sit with her and eat breakfast.. She begins work at 6 AM. I recommend her to anyone❤️❤️❤️

Waiting for 35 minutes. Was skipped and the hostess didn’t tell me why. They had “2” lists. The waiters were arguing with the cooks and people kept coming in because an incorrect order. Avoid at any peak time if possible.
