Great quite location to get a quick bite.Ms. Teia was kind and friendly. Restroom was alittle messy but when You have good customer service that makes up for it. I'd definitley come back. Military discounts apply at this location. kids do not eat free on weekends here. She said half off happy hours are mon-friday 3pm to 8pm. Prices are still good and affortable. They ignored me when I came in for almost 10 mins then the black light skin girl who works on the early morning shift came with a horrible attitude asking me to let Uber know that she has no more orders for Uber eats and Doordash for the whole night cause she’s tired !! What a great customer service ??

After going to an ihop was completely horrible and rude we came to this location and got better and the BEST service we really wanted ihop breakfast at 3pm and wasn’t going to give up we got Charles as our server and he was AMAZING and has such a good attitude and very good with multitasking and communication the 2 things we didn’t get at the one on S dale mabry KEEP IT UP CHARLES YOUR AMAZING !!!

My husband and I love IHop so I suggested it to a friend. We love the Pesto Veggie Egg White Omelette. So my friend and I both order the Pesto Omelette. The avocados were not fresh and had black spots, the omelette was runny AND it didn’t have PESTO. After bragging to my friend about this, I was embarrassed. The server was very nice and talked to her manager, Xavier. He never came out to talk to us and gave us a meager 10% Military discount. I told the server that we should have just returned our plates. When I sat down I gave it 2 stars. I now realize that was far too generous. If you want a bad breakfast experience go to most waffle houses. If you want a historically bad breakfast experience. Go to the ihop by the airport.This place reeks of hopelessness. The sitting, order taking and serving of food moves at a snails pace and you have to push the snail.This place makes cooking at home with the same food you’re tired of seem like a good option.It’s a testament to how little its employees are paid that it’s still in business at this location.You will not leave happy

I don't know what happens with customer service, every day people have such bad service, we ask for things and the lady brought things to my table that we didn't even ask for? Then she said in a derogatory way you speak Spanish (when we order everything in English) it was very rude that another table asked her for something and she in a very polite way said, finally you speak to me in English,... 0 tip because she doesn't deserve it, the food all thrown away and he threw the plates at us, I will never return to this place again! I can speak any language I want because this country is free!!! They should train their employees better!
