There was only one server and one cook which I understand can be difficult for the team. The cook messed up my eggs didn't send the hash browns and the French toast was just not done the way I've ever seen it. Pancakes were not great either. I didn't send any of my food back because I knew that would burden the short handed team even more so I just tried to enjoy the best I could. Parking lot smelt like a dumpster also.

Absolutely loved the experience here, was quickly seated and really short wait time on food. Our server, Alex, was really kind, friendly, and made us feel really welcomed. If you go definitely recommend him as your server.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Waitress gave us wrong food, we had to ask for silverware. The pancakes were not cooked, there was batter oozing out, when we tried to leave they couldn't even ring us out, they asked for my card number which is completely inappropriate and shouldn't be required. Almost charged me 45 dollars for a meal that was "23 dollars" but really worth 0 if u ask me. They gave us a 20% discount however, for how long we were there for such a horrible experience, Any normal restaurant would have let us go. It made sense we were the only ones in there.

The service was great but the employees were clearly in need of help and there was no manager around nor could they get ahold of one. Our food was overcooked but we didn't complain. The one server been there since morning bc of someone not coming in, but it didn't dull her smile or how she served me and my family. The cook was exhausted and his relief didn't come in either. Then you have the overnight server who made it in late but was really loud about her dismay of the situation. Yelling at customers that she can't serve them, she don't have a cook and if they want to come in and wait they'll be locked in. But the one young lady still didn't leave and tried to help as much as possible. I'm sorry the employees had to endure this type of treatment. But for the better of establishment I pray you get reliable and dependable help and weed out the ones who left the team high and dry.

Im normally a huge fan of IHOP. We stopped here on our way to Bush Gardens. It is in a great location in reference to that. We didnt wait to long before we was seated. It was extremely crowded. I got bumped into by a waitress. She never acknowledged doing it. Our waitress wanted to take our order before bring our drinks. She didnt write the drink order & forgot 1 persons beverage entirely. Since we asked her to get our order after she retrieved the drinks, we were made to wait even longer. She took our order & refused to write it again. After we placed our order, we watched her stand at the computer trying to remember our order.(15 min.) Once the food arrived it was such a let down. My 2 eggs looked like 1/2 an egg. We were lacking sausage & bacon. 1 person got toast that was ordered & the other toast was late getting to the table. It was cold also. When we got done, got in the car we had to wait while a truck unloaded. It wasnt the trucks fault but he had to park in the lot to unload. He did assist us in getting out of parking lot. The whole place is too small! Im not sure if COVID regulations are still in place but they had too many with or without those. They need a lot of work! Location & name is all they had going for them. I would NEVER visit there again! I strongly urge people not to go!Parking: Extremely small parking lot! You are sharing with trucks making deliveries!Wheelchair accessibility: I have trouble with my right leg (from knee down) and back. I walk with a limp. I was in a wheelchair for awhile. There is no way that a wheelchair would fit in there when they are open. Maybe when there isnt anyone else in the building.

This was my chicken fajita omlett. It use to hang over the plate on both sides. It use to be enough for 2 meals. Now barely one. Sad how little we get for are money now. Service was OK. Food tasted good. Just not as much as you use to get. Prices are higher now too.

I will never ever order from there again... Ordered a burger & fries online, they confirmed my order, went to pick it up.. They didn't have buns, meat or anything to make my order and no fries. I also ordered a short stack that I won't eat... You think they would have texted or emailed me to let me know they couldn't fulfill my order. Nope... Never again.. I should have known something wasn't right when I was the only one in the parking lot... No lights on inside the place... Just everything was WRONG on every level... Please don't waste your time or money... Address....3500 E Busch Blvd.. Right across from Busch Gardens....????

Don't ever worry about me coming here again. I came last Friday before work @ 7:30 & placed a to go order. I only ordered a grill cheese & hasbrowns a lil crispy but not burnt. I received my food 30 min later @ almost 8:00 & the whole thing was burnt & you can smell the burn smell when you opened the box. Never ever again Ihop on busch!!!!!!!! So i guess ny food was cooking for almost 30 minutes for something so simple.

This place is not the most sanitized, walking in there was not pleasant. You’d expect more being so close to Busch Gardens. Morris Bridge location is better, save yourself the hassle, I saw a few cars waiting outside just to dine in bc there wasn’t any cooks to make BREAKFAST! Get a new manager or something shake things up.

Upon entering we were seated fast. Our server Alex was Amazing. He was polite friendly and fast. The food was ok. My husband ordered a Grus Stakeburger and I Had the French toast hash and turkey sausage. My hash was not fully cooked or crisp like I expected but other than that my food was great. My husband food came out maybe 5 to 7 min after mine the fries were burned but we informed Alex and he was on it. This IHOP has always been a go to hated it but today Alex made it a great place to dine

From the time we walked in to a Happy Father's Day greeting. Awesome. The wait staff from the time we walked in to our server was awesome bunch of young woman. And the gentleman passing out Father Day gift certificates for 10% off our next purchase food was good all-around great experience
