NANCY the manager is absolutely the nicesist person we ever dealt with.We complained to her about our rude waitress who did not treat us very nicely at all she seemed very bothered whenever we corrected a mistake she made with our order, the food & check. after all the IHOP logo is "smiles guaranteed" and we were not smiling.Made for an unpleasant feeling in the place we like to go to. NEXT time we won't sit in her section (didn't even get her name). Thank you NANCY the manager for letting us leave with a smile.

I only lasted 5 minutes in the store, when my husband and I arrived, a very kind man greeted us and assigned us a table, but it was for 6 people so we decided to tell the waitress that we preferred a table for two people that was unoccupied, in In reality, the restaurant was almost empty, but the waitress told us that she couldn't assign us that table "because she didn't like it." My husband and I saw each other and our mouths were open in amazement at the response. I asked her why that response and She told me "because she was the only little one" so I went into the bathroom, which by the way was very dirty. So when I left I told my husband let's go!! I didn't like the service, for me attention is essential.

IHOP use to be my favorite breakfast place. My entire party that was with me all stated they will NEVER go to an IHOP again. The food menu is completely changed and it is horrible. The service was so bad. It was probably the worst service I've ever had in my life. We were there for 2 hours trying to get eggs and hash browns. The rest of the food was inedible so I can't even count it. Cold pancakes, chicken was disgusting, gravy was nasty. We literally had to go to the door and stand there for ten minutes trying pay to leave because they never came back to give us our check. I wish we wouldn't have wasted our time or money. It's sad because IHOP was my first job. I worked there for 7 years and it was so disappointing to see how downhill this company has hopped.

Used to love this IHOP when Harley was here. Always requested her because she’s probably the best server I’ve ever had. Never a single issue at all and our food was always great and the place was a nice experience. Haven’t seen her in awhile and the guy that’s working her shift is an absolute idiot. Wife and I came in and he asked what we’d like to drink (sounding bored out his mind) and only brought one drink! Then has the nerve to say “oh… did you want 2?” Yes I want my own drink guy! Place is atrocious top to bottom now. Foods ok, when the order is done correctly.
