I went this past Saturday 11/29/25 around noon ish and the table I was seated was dirty, no one cleaned the table after the people that sat there before me left. So table was cleaned by the girl that seated me, After the girl cleaned the table with a cloth when I sat down table was still full of syrup. I had to take the cloth (because the girl left the cloth on the table next to me. ) I cleaned the table. Then I proceeded to take silverware out of napkin, silverware was dirty. I took another silverware from the table next to me ( there was a tray full of silverware on top of table next to me)and it was also dirty, so I went to the restroom and washed the silverware with soap. Restaurant was empty just 1 or 2 families, so why tables weren't clean, it's not like it was busy, and dirty silverware 🤷 dishwasher gotta do better ✍️

The one and only problem with this restaurant is that they cannot predict how many people are going to be coming in for breakfast or lunch each day and there’s not hardly enough staff which I can completely understand. So I’m not sure if it’s just the location or what but everything else is good. The food is always delicious and hot and fresh. It’s just they don’t have enough people working because well it’s hard to predict that here in Brooksville.

This IHOP is like my home away from home. Over two years ago the first time I came here I was waited on by Amy. Ever since then Amy always waits on me unless it's her day off. She is one of the superstars of this business and cares about me and makes sure everything is just right with my order and her taking great care of me. I come here one or two days of the week sometimes three. They're all like family to me. Another one of the individuals Monty always make sure I have everything I need and if I'm around the door you make sure the door is open for me as I'm handicapped. Example of another outstanding employee. When Amy is off, and I'm there Stephania waits on me. An example of another superstar. When both Amy and Stephanie are off, Alex waits on me who does an outstanding job also. All the hostesses do an excellent job there and make you feel at home. They are all part of which I consider my family! Travis, The Cook always fixes my order just perfect and when he's off the other cooks doing outstanding job. This IHOP is a class act all the way around! Ed Ley
