Ordered a burger with fried egg, no IHOP sauce. Very nice waitress brought my companions food, said it would be a minute more for me as it wasn't made right. Couple minutes later, get my burger, after a few bites I almost threw up. Obviously they put the sauce on the burger, but no, they did not make me a new one. Found a big piece of napkin in the burger, guess that was used to wipe the sauce on the burger, gross, as I could taste it. I guess they did make me a new egg, but left an inch long shell in the egg. Terrible management to allow this. They took my meal off the bill, but I didn't even eat it. Won't go back there again

I live right next to ihop, but here it is terrible location Dale Mabry Highway . THIS location is the best location I've ever found with, Ihop food is always perfect fresh, and the people's very attentive.

Kenny at the Bearss Ave , Tampa store in Florida was fantastic , l came in not knowing what to order and was dying to have fresh pancakes with bacon and ice cream and maple syrup .He knew exactly what l wanted and said , “ no problem”.It was delicious and perfecto.Hes a genuine wonderful and kind human being , he went through everything on the menu and was extremely patient.He deserves a huge pat on the back and raise in pay .Everyone was happy being served by kenny it was a pleasure.Kindest RegardsJodi x

The people & service were excellent! Unfortunately, the food was overdone, under seasoned & just not up to our standards. To be fair.. they offered to remake the food. However, I declined, received a refund, tipped our waitress because she understood her assignment & we departed.

Wasn’t impressed with this location. We were seated right away but the food took a long time to come out. They got one of our orders wrong and the crepes tasted off. Bathrooms were dirty. Waitress was nice, average service.
Katie showed us today what real service looks like from "the good ole days". I dropped my napkin and never had to ask for more. Coffee was checked. I drank three refills of water and never had to ask once for more. She was observant and we did not lack for a thing the entire meal. Wonderful, wonderful! experience to reminisce for a bit and remember that this was once how most service was. ??Food was exceptionally good. Hash browns crisp. French toast thick and dripping with egg. Eggs ideally cooked, bacon crisp, sausage links were meaty and tasty, and the coffee not so great but again, "diner coffee" is a thing too. My only suggestion would be a better coffee line, but definitely a 4.999999 out of 5, mostly because of Katie. Well done!

Me and my dad ordered the omelette that comes with pancakes, my dad got his order right. I never got my pancakes, they offered when we were paying the check, needless to say there was no tip for the waitress that also failed to provide us silverware, we actually had to ask for.

They charged $5 per soda & $4 per coffee. Food was mid, really overpriced for the quality & portion they give. Service was okay. Came out to $50 for two people with no leftovers.
