Cashier today was busy trying to close two hours early than keeping up a hospitable environment. She was busy with multiple tasks and let customers know that she’d be ‘right there’. She let the coffee run out. She wipes tables next to seated guests almost in a way to get them to leave. If this happened at 430 I’d understand. It’s 3:19 right now and it’s strange behavior. Maybe she should not be in a front of house position.
Chocolate cake was great and the price too.

Spent 3 hours at IKEA with friends. Had lunch in cafe. Meat balls were good. There are NO cashiers available at checkout. Could not get machine to work. Young man comes over. Do you need help? Yes. After he showed me, I said, please tell your upper level management... he cut me off and said, I am upper management. I said, well then, you need to higher cashiers. He turned around and walked away. Not good, especially for the elderly.

Not what it used to be. Prices are much higher and portions are smaller. No ice for drinks as it was broken on one side and empty on the other. Diet soda only worked on one side.

I was in the food court around 4:55pm today , I love going to ikea and getting late lunch at the court , great prices great food , today I had such a poor experience, I’m contemplating never coming back it left such a sour taste in my mouth . The girl serving the food at 4:55pm was very rude seemed she wanted to go on her break I had asked her twice for plant balls because I’m a am a modified vegetarian and she gave me pork balls , when I had spit it out and spit in the trash I came back up for the replacement, she looked angry and didn’t even apologize not once , working in food service it’s so important to get orders correctly due to the fact people have allergies or diet restrictions , this girl could not care at all that because of her this is the first time I’ve had beef in 12 years. Not one apology it’s horrible

Please do your research before you go to IKEA. This place is literally a maze. I came to get some furniture and got lost in the endless isles of pillows and containers. If you are looking to just get in and get out go straight to the self checkout part of the store and all the furniture is there. This is definitely not a good place for someone that is claustrophobic.

Went to pick up an item I ordered on line. I went to the floor to look at the item and was disappointed in the item. They returned it with no problem. The lady at returns was very helpful. Boy did I get my steps in that day!!!!
