RUDE!!!!!
Food delicious but the cashier very rushed and rude! Even though there was no other clients waiting! The lady that prepared my coffee was ok.

This Illys @ the F Terminal in TPA airport is the best !! Ceatta, Nay , Marilyn & Diana are Friendly, prompt & excellent customer service!! Please recognize these employees for their outstanding dedication every day !

Such an elegant brand and beautiful shop destroyed by awful customer service and bad food. The person at the front was rude and did not take my order right. Croissant was cold and stale. I’d recommend you got to the nearby Starbucks.

The chocolate croissant is a joke! It is more like a hamburger bun than a croissant... and the amount of chocolate is minuscule. Zero stars. The most stars go to the kind and patient young lady behind the counter, Bikesh. I know it's "airport food" but jeezsh!

Wow- this place was super busy and I was VERY IMPRESSED at how quickly and courteously this team moved through their orders. They were so kind and courteous. And I got my large order super quick (it was dinner for us). They had a handful of rude and/or stupid people - and they were very patient.
One complaint for management - I did not like the electronic readers for payment. The tipdefaults to 0%-5%-15% other- PLEASE have it default to 15%-20%-25% and then other . With the amount of rude/stupid/selfish customers this spot sees it needs to be much harder for them to stiff them on a tip. If someone is not going to tip, they should have to work harder and press the other button and type in their number. Having that as an extra step is usually something most people won’t take and 0 shouldn’t be a default option

So the service was great, I even left a tip. As for the coffee, it was not good, the flavor tasted watered down and it was not robust how a fresh cup of coffee should taste.
I was extremely disappointed but not quite shocked. Airports are not going to serve their best and at $4 +tax you would think it would at least be halfway decent.

If I could give 0 stars I would, all the workers were completely rude when I asked where my food was after 15 minutes of waiting, note everyone behind me had already got their food. Apparently the cashier hadn't put the ticket up, ok, kinda annoyed but alright. Wait another 5 minutes, I ask again because others have gotten their food but I still haven't gotten mine. Note all i asked for was a grilled cheese and a banana muffin. Apparently none of the other workers were aware I ordered, so one of the workers, didn't get her name but she was black with braids, asked to take the receipt, she promised to give it back to us. Long story short we finally got our food, however one of the other workers decided to be rude to my mom by calling her Karen in a rude tone. Note my mom's name is not Karen. So I leave trusting they put the receipt in the bag, because unfortunately I try to see the best in people. Jokes in me they didn't give me the receipt and upon me coming back they were even more rude. Under the breathe of one of the workers I heard that they had thrown my receipt away so I had to wait to get it back. Needless to say if you are at the airport and want something to eat, go somewhere else!

Arrived 30 minutes before closing and the staff would not serve any hot food. They said “this is just how we do it”. Poor management.

The burrito is genuinely so good!
I ordered a chai tea latte & it was absolutely horrible. It tasted like heated almond milk with a drop of chai. No flavor whatsoever. The staff did not look happy & it was just a blah type of experience. Save your money & go elsewhere for a good chai. Not worth the time or money spent especially at the airport.
