Our server was surly, seemed to be bothered to wait on us. She wouldn’t give me cup for water; I don’t know if it is the store policy or just a crabby worker. The food was very expensive. $8 for a grilled cheese & bacon sandwich, $8.50 for 6 cookies. I would not have left a tip; and I’m a former waitress. However, my husband did.

The coffee is hot and flavorful, the croissant is warm and fresh. Even at 4:30 AM, all the workers are friendly and pleasant. They have made my journey more enjoyable already.

Customer service SUCKS and NOT friendly. I WILL NOT come back here. I mean it’s SLOW today with it being the 4th, why not be NICE? So instead of the vanilla espresso I wanted I just ordered 3 shots of espresso. Stop being jerks.

The coffee was very good! They have a $8 bacon and grilled cheese sandwich that I decided to try since I didn't know how long I'd have until boarding the plane. It was awful. The bacon was 1 tiny strip and it was undercooked. The bread had been previously grilled then reheated when I ordered. Don't eat here!
Great little coffee shop thankfully open at 4 am on airside F for my American flight. I grabbed a yogurt parfait and a coffee Yum

Managers: Please review your Uber Eats settings. A setting in Uber Eats requires the customer to add milk (+$1.20) to an iced cold brew. I did not a submit a $12 order because I didn’t want milk (or to pay extra for it) or wait in line and miss the promo offer.

Unbelievable service! I had ordered a cheese sandwich. I was with my grandson, his order was all there which was fine with me. My cheese sandwich was not on the receipt, they offered to hurry and make me one; however, they were busy so I just told them never mind that I was fine and we headed to our gate. 5 minutes later an employee from the cafe hunted me down at the gate and brought me my grilled cheese plus he threw in an extra blueberry muffin. Outstanding customer service, you have a great team there!!!
