We had our second excellent meal at India's Grill today. The Lamb Kodhai with medium spice was very flavorful and satisfying. The onion bhaji appetizer was nicely fried. We have had the Lamb Madras there also and are looking forward to our next meal. Sumi, our server was a delight. We will be back soon!
This restaurant has several dishes on the menu marked as vegan, including multiple entrees which are all served with Basmati rice. My fiance is vegan, and when he received his entree he was informed by the server that the rice is not vegan and is cooked with butter. It seems that should be marked clearly on the menu, as any “vegan” dish served with rice would no longer be considered a vegan dish. The food was good tasting, but it’s disappointing to not receive full disclosure...
Flew in from out of town and was starved. Saw this place on the way to my hotel and said why not. Food was amazing and authentic. I couldn't stop eating it. Got the butter chicken and garlic naan, ate the whole damn thing. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
